dc.description.abstract | The use of oil-based drilling fluid allows drilling of the producing layers by limiting damage. The non-compliance of the characteristics of the drilling muds alters the petrophysical parameters of the reservoir rock. High pressures and solids contents followed by prolonged mud-forming contact time results in bursting of RD and reduced permeability and inversion of the wettability of porous media. The latter is the result of a choice of surfactant not compatible with the rock. An experimental device constitutes an excellent micro-model for the study of formation damage phenomena. | en_US |
