Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسةإلىالتعرف على تكنولوجيا المعلومات وأثرها في تعزيز رأس المال الفكري بمؤسسة اتصالات الجزائر وحدة ورقلة،ولتحقيقأهدافالدراسةواختبارفرضياتهاتمتصميماستمارةاستبيانموجهةإلىالعاملينبالمؤسسةمحلالدراسة،وقدبلغعددالاستماراتالموزعة76إستمارة،استردتمنها64إستمارةصالحةللتحليلالإحصائي،وتماعتمادالمنهجالوصفيمنخلالالتحليلالإحصائيالوصفيوالاستدلاليلوصفوتحليلبياناتالدراسةواختبارفرضياتهاباستخدامبرنامج (SPSS)،وخلصتنتائجالدراسةإلىان وجود الاجهزة ومعدات والبرمجيات المتقدمة بالإضافة الى شبكات الاتصال،له تأثير ايجابي على رأس المال الفكري،وجودأثرذودلالةإحصائيةلتكنولوجياالمعلوماتفيتعزيزرأسالمالالفكريفيمؤسسةاتصالاتالجزائروحدةورقلة، لاتوجدفروقذاتدلالةإحصائيةفيتصورأفرادعينةالدراسةحولتكنولوجياالمعلوماتورأسالمالالفكريتعزىللمتغيراتالشخصية (الجنس،السن،المستوىالتعليمي،سنواتالخبرة )

In order to achieve the objectives of the study and to test its hypotheses, a questionnaire was conducted for the employees of the communications institution Algeria Ouargla Wehda. 76 forms were distributed, of which 64 were obtained for statistical analysis. The descriptive approach was adopted through statistical analysis to describe and analyze study data and test hypotheses using the SPSS program. The results of the study concluded that the presence of advanced hardware, software and networks, has a positive influence on intellectual capital, a statistically significant impact of information technology in the promotion of intellectual capital in the institution. There were no statistically significant differences in the perception of the individuals of the study sample on information technology and intellectual capital attributed to the personal variables of (gender, age, and scientific years, of experience)
