الرضا الوظيفي وعلاقته بدافعية الانجاز لدى تلاميذ أساتذة التربية البدنية والرياضية

Abstract

هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على مستوى الرضا الوظيفي ومستوى دافعية الإنجاز لدى أساتذة التربية البدنية والرياضية، والتعرف على العلاقة بين الرضا الوظيفي ودافعية الانجاز لدى أساتذة التربية البدنية والرياضية، والكشف عن الفروق في مستوى الرضا الوظيفي ودافعية الإنجاز تبعا لمتغير المستوى الدراسي، واستخدم الطالب المنهج الوصفي بالأسلوب الارتباطي للتحقق من فرضيات الدراسة، وتمثلت عينة الدراسة في أساتذة التربية البدنية والرياضية بمرحلة التعليم الثانوي والبالغ عددهم 65 أستاذ، واعتمد الطالب على مقياسين: مقياس الرضا الوظيفي ومقياس دافعية الانجاز، وتم معالجة البيانات إحصائيا بواسطة المتوسط الحسابي ومعامل الارتباط بيرسون واختبار (ت) وأسلوب تحليل التباين الأحادي، وتوصل الطالب إلى وجود مستوى مرتفع في مستوى الرضا الوظيفي لدى أساتذة التربية البدنية والرياضية، ووجود مستوى مرتفع في دافعية الإنجاز لدى أساتذة التربية البدنية والرياضية، ولا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى الرضا الوظيفي ومستوى دافعية الإنجاز لدى الأساتذة تبعا لمتغير الخبرة المهنية، ووجود علاقة ارتباطيه موجبة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين مستوى الرضا الوظيفي ومستوى دافعية الإنجاز لدى أساتذة التربية البدنية والرياضية.

The study aimed to identify the level of job satisfaction and motivation level of achievement among the teachers of physical education and sports, and to identify the relationship between job satisfaction and achievement motivation among the students of physical education and sports teachers, and to detect the differences in the level of job satisfaction and achievement motivation according to the variable of the academic level.
