Abstract

La présente intitulée « Pouvoir poétique et dimension éthico-politique dans les nouvelles d’Isabelle Eberhardt » se propose de cerner, sous l’autorité méthodologique de la sémiotique, les diverses modalités par lesquelles les propos du poétique, de l’éthique et du politique s’imposent comme principe privilégié de l’expression du récit chez une écrivaine appartenant à une aire linguistique et culturelle un peu singulière. Le choix et l’examen des textes de cette écrivaine reposent sur la volonté de démontrer l’originalité dans le déploiement de ses pensées intimes dans l’organisation spécifique de la fiction romanesque. Ainsi, intégré dans la dynamique interne de l’œuvre de manière très variée, le triplan poétique, éthique et politique surgissent dans toutes les problématiques qui traversent l’écriture romanesque. Par commodité méthodologique et rigueur scientifique, cette étude s’articule en quatre axes complémentaires. Tandis que le premier qui s’intitule « Eberhardt et l’écho de son siècle» s’attache à faire ressortir les diverses facettes de l’Histoire humaine sous lesquelles les intentions auctoriales se déploient dans la dynamique textuelle du récit fictionnel; le deuxième qui a pour titre «Isabelle Eberhardt et le mythe de « l’Algérie heureuse »: Notes et souvenirs de voyage », s’attèle à examiner le rapport de la « littérature » à « l’Histoire » et en quoi ces motifs réactionnels de l’Histoire et le projet idéologique participent à accomplir un projet d’écriture qui, d’un côté, emprunte le jugement comme principe narratif et qui, d’un autre côté, cherche l’originalité des choses que les nouvelles nous donnent à lire; le troisième qui a pour intitulé «Le poétique au service de l’éthique: parole muette et puissance des significations», tend quant à lui, de démontrer comment un travail de création romanesque engendre une réflexion éthique sur la condition humaine, et en quoi cette union est constitutif d’une polyphonie dans l’énonciation littéraire. Enfin, le quatrième « Au-delà de l’engagement littéraire : la nouvelle en acte », vient nous montrer comment cette trame de nouvelles reprend le « topoï » littéraire du politique, en dévoilant l'intérêt de l'auteur pour les événements politiques, sa manière de décrire ou de problématiser l'événement individuel et social, et les stratégies textuelles mis en œuvre afin de pouvoir déceler la dimension symbolique de la nouvelle, voire son caractère politique et critique.

The present study “poetic power and ethico-political dimension in the short story of Isabelle Eberhardt” proposes to define, under the methodological authority of semiotics, the various modalities by which the poetic, the ethical and the political are a privileged principle of the expression of the story of this author belonging to a little bit specific linguistic and cultural area. The choice and examination of this writer's texts are based on the desire to demonstrate the originality in the deployment of her intimate thoughts in the specific organization of fiction. Thus, integrated in the internal dynamics of the work in a very varied way, the poetic, ethical and political triplane arise in all the problems crossing the novelistic writing. For methodological convenience and scientific rigor, this study is organized into four complementary axes. Whereas the first one, entitled “Eberhardt and the Echo of his Century”, strives to highlight the various facets of human history under which auctorial intentions unfold in the textual dynamics of fictional narrative; the second entitled “Isabelle Eberhardt and the Myth of Happy Algeria: Notes and Memories of Travel”, attempts to examine the relationship between "literature" and “history” and how these reactional patterns of History and the ideological project participate in accomplishing a writing project which, on the one hand, borrows the judgment as a narrative principle and which, on the other hand, seeks the originality of the things that the news gives us to read. ; the third entitled "Poetics at the service of ethics: silent speech and the power of meanings”, tends to demonstrate how a work of novelistic creation engenders an ethical reflection on the human condition, and in what way union is constitutive of a polyphony in the literary enunciation. Finally, the fourth "Beyond Literary Commitment: The New Act", shows us how this plot of news takes up the literary "topoï" of politics, by revealing the author's interest in political events , her way of describing or problematizing the individual and social event, and the textual strategies implemented in order to be able to detect the symbolic dimension of the short story, or even its political and critical character.

يأتي هذا البحث تحت عنوان " السلطة الشعرية والبعد الأخلاقي-السياسي في قصص إيزابيل إبرهاردت" ليحيط عن طريق المنهجية السيميائية ، بالطرق المختلفة التي بواسطتها الشعرية والأخلاقية والسياسية أصبح مبدأ متميزاً في التعبير في قصص كاتبة تنتمي لزمن لغوي و ثقافي فريد. نعتمد في بحثنا هذا اختيار وفحص نصوص هذه الكاتبة لإظهار و نشر أفكارها العميقة في لظم و تنظيم الخيال الروائي. وهكذا تندمج الثلاثية الديناميكية: الشاعرية، الأخلاقية والسياسية في النُظم الداخلية للقصة، لتظهر بطريقة متنوعة جداً في جميع الإشكاليات التي تعبرعنها الكتابة الروائية. و يتم تنظيم هذه الدراسة في أربعة فصول متكاملة: الأول بعنوان "إيبرهارت وصدى قرنها ": محاولات لإظهار الجوانب المختلفة للتاريخ الإنساني، حيث النوايا الكتابية تظهر في حركية النص السردي الخيالي. و الفصل الثاني بعنوان "إيزابيل إيبرهارت وأسطورة " الجزائر السعيدة": ملاحظات وذكريات السفر،" يُعْنَي بدراسة علاقة الأدب بالتاريخ وكيف أن التاريخ والمشروع الأيديولوجي يشاركان في إتمام و نسق العمل الكتابي باتخاذه من النقد مبدأً سردياً ،هذا من جانب، و من جانب آخر يسعى إلى إبراز أصالة الأشياء التي تعطينا قراءة جديدة للنص الأدبي . والثالث بعنوان "الشعرية في خدمة الأخلاقية: صوت كتم وقوة المعاني" يميل في الوقت نفسه إلى شرح كيف أن عملاً روائياً يخبئ في طياته فكراً أخلاقيأً على الأحوال الإنسانية ، وكيف أن هذا الارتباط مكوّن لتعدد الأصوات في التعبيرالأدبي. وأخيرًا ، يوضح لنا الفصل الرابع "ما وراء الالتزام الأدبي: القصة محفز " كيف أن هذه القصة المستمدة من الواقع الاجتماعي تتناول "الأدوار" السياسية الأدبية ، من خلال الكشف عن اهتمام المؤلفة بالأحداث السياسية وطريقة وصفها أو إضفاء طابعها على الحدث الفردي والاجتماعي ، والاستراتيجيات النصية المطبقة من أجل الكشف عن البعد الرمزي للقصة القصيرة ، أو حتى طابعها السياسي الحاسم.
