Abstract: The study was designed to identify the relationship between quality of life and psychological adjustment among middle school students A field study was conducted on middle school students. The study sample consisted of (60) students of middle school in the state of Mostaganem for the academic year 2017/2018, using a descriptive approach. The study tools consisted of the quality of life standard, and the psychological adjustment scale . the study reached the following results: _There was a statistically significant relationship between the quality of life and the psychological adjustment _There were no statistically significant differences between the middle school students in the psychological adjustment due to the sex
