المساهمة في دراسة التركيبة الكيميائية لبعض أجزاء نخيل التمور من الجنوب الجزائري

Abstract

الهدف من هذه الدراسة هو تثمين وتحديد التركيب الكيميائي لنوعين من أشجار نخيل التمر التي تنمو في جنوب الجزائر من جزأين مختلفين ، وبالتالي، قمنا الاستخلاص المتعاقب لمختلف المكونات ثم حساب الوزن المفقود بعد كل استخلاص وتأكدت النتائج بتحليل FTIR . أظهرت النتائج اختلافا في نسبة التركيب. و لتحديد التركيبة المعدنية ، تم تطبيق طريقتي استخلاص مختلفتين ، الحرق والغلي من اجل تحضير العينات للتحليل بمطيافية الامتصاص الذري.

The aim of the present study is valorization a nd determination of the chemical composition of two varieties of date palm trees growing in southern Algeria. Therefore, a successive extraction of the different cons tituents then weight lost afte r each extraction was calculated, and the results were confirmed with FTIR analysis. For the mineral composition determination, two different methods, burning and decoction were applied to prepare the samples for the analysis with SAA.
