Work ethic and its importance in the development of organizational citizenship behavior among workers in Mobilis enterprise unit Ouargla

Abstract

This study aimed to investigate the importance of work ethics commitment on organizational citizenship behaviors development as one of the most important factors to improving performance of both worker and enterprise. To know this theoretically and fieldly. We conducted a study on a sample of workers in Mobilis enterprise unit Ouargla, according to interview with some human resource managers and questionnaire, its statistical processing through Excel and SPSS.V 19. The most important results of this study were existence of work ethics and organizational citizenship behaviors to high degree among the sample. The level of the impact of work ethics on organizational citizenship behaviors in Mobilis enterprise was very weak.هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن أهمية الالتزام بأخلاقيات العمل على تنمية سلوك المواطنة التنظيمية باعتبارهما من أهم العوامل المساعدة في تحسين أداء كل من العامل والمؤسسة،وللتعرف على ذلك نظريا وميدانيا قمنا بإجراء دراسة على عينة من عمال مؤسسة موبيليس وحدة ورقلة، من خلال المقابلة الشخصية مع بعض مسيري الموارد البشرية بالإضافة إلى الاستبيان ومعالجته الإحصائية عن طريق Excel وبرنامج SPSS النسخة 19. تمثلت أهم نتائج الدراسة في وجود أخلاقيات العمل وسلوكيات المواطنة التنظيمية بدرجة عالية لدى أفراد العينة، أما بالنسبة لمستوى تأثير أخلاقيات العمل على سلوكيات المواطنة التنظيمية في مؤسسة موبيليس وحدة ورقلة، فقد كان ضعيف.
