علاقة الصغوط المهنية لدى أستاذ التربية البدنية والرياضية بتحقيق أهداف منهاج المادة في مرحلة التعليم الثانوي

Abstract

هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى معرفة مستوى الضغوط المهنية لدى أستاذ التربية البدنية والرياضية في مرحلة التعليمالثانوي، وكذا مستوى تحقيق أهداف المنهاج الدراسي للتربية البدنية والرياضية، كما هدفت إلى معرفة العلاقة بين هذين المتغيرين، وتم اعتماد المنهج الوصفي ، واستخدم الباحث استبيانين من تصميمه، الأول حول الضغوط المهنية، والثاني حول أهداف المنهاج الدراسي للتربية البدنية والرياضية، وبعد التحقق من صدقهما وثباتهما أجريت الدراسة على عينة متكونة من 30 أستاذا للتربية البدنية والرياضية بثانويات ولاية ورقلة، وقد أظهرت الدراسة أن الضغوط المهنية لدى أستاذ التربية البدنية والرياضية تتميز بمستوى مرتفع، أما مستوى تحقيق أهداف المنهاج الدراسي للتربية البدنية والرياضية فيتميز بمستوى متوسط، كما بينت النتائج وجود علاقة بين مستوى الضغوط المهنية لدى أستاذ التربية البدنية والرياضية ومستوى تحقيق أهداف المنهاج الدراسي للتربية البدنية والرياضية في مرحلة التعليم الثانوي، وعلى ضوء هذه النتائج تقدم الباحث بمجموعة مقترحات.
