الأداء الوظيفي في ظل ضغوط العمل -دراسة ميدانية لعينة من عمال مديرية الحماية المدنية لولايةورقلة

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على أثر ضغوط العمل في ظل انتشار جائحة كورونا (كوفيد19) على الأداء الوظيفي للعاملين في مديرية الحماية المدنية لولاية ورقلة، طبقت الدراسة على عينية عشوائية بسيطة مكونة من (66) موظفا ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة، استخدمت الباحثة الاستيبانة كأداة رئيسية لجمع البيانات ثم تحليل البيانات الواردة في الاستبيانات عن طريق استخدام برنامج الحزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية (26spss) بالاعتماد على المتوسطات الحسابية والانحرافات المعيارية، معاملات الارتباط وتحليل الانحدار المتعدد التدريجي وخلصت الدراسة لعدة نتائج أهمها : - يدرك عمال مديرية الحماية المدنية لولاية ورقلة الضغوطات التي تواجههم في عملهم ؛ - هناك مستوى متوسط للأداء الوظيفي في مديرية الحماية المدنية لولاية ورقلة ؛ - يوجد أثر ذا دلالة إحصائية لضغوط العمل ولضغوط الازمات والاوبئة (كوفيد19) على أداء العاملين بمديرية الحماية المدنية ورقلة؛ - لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية لإجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة حول أثر ضغوط العمل على الأداء الوظيفي تعزى للمتغيرات الشخصية (الجنس، العمر، سنوات الخبرة ، المستوى التعليمي .)
