ﺗﻘﻴﻴﻢ إﺗﺠﺎﻫﺎت اﻟﻤﺴﺘﻬﻠﻜﻴﻦ ﻷﺳﻌﺎر ﺧﺪﻣﺎت اﻟﺘﺄﻣﻴﻦ ﻓﻲ ﻇﻞ ﺗﻔﺸﻲ ﻓﻴﺮوس ﻛﻮروﻧﺎ اﻟﻤﺴﺘﺠﺪ دراﺳﺔ ﻣﻴﺪاﻧﻴﺔ ﻟﻌﻴﻨﺔ ﻣﻦ ﺳﻜﺎن ﻣﺪﻳﻨﺔ ورﻗﻠﺔ ﺧﻼل اﻟﻔﺘﺮة 2021-2020

Abstract

هدفت ﻫﺬﻩ اﻟﺪراﺳﺔ إﱃ ﳏﺎوﻟﺔ ﺗﻘﻴﻴﻢ ورﺻﺪ اﲡﺎﻫﺎت ﻋﻴﻨﺔ ﻣﻦ اﳌﺆﻣﻨﲔ ﻟﺪى ﺷﺮﻛﺎت اﻟﺘﺄﻣﲔ ﻋﻠﻰ ﻣﺴﺘﻮى وﻻﻳﺔ ورﻗﻠﺔ ﺣﻮل ﻃﺒﻴﻌﺔ أﺳﻌﺎر اﳋﺪﻣﺎت اﳌﻘﺪﻣﺔ ﻣﻦ ﻃﺮﻓﻬﻢ، ﻻﺳﻴﻤﺎ ﺑﻌﺪ ﻇﻬﻮر وﺗﻔﺸﻲ ﻓﲑوس ﻛﻮروﻧﺎ اﳌﺴﺘﺠﺪ ﻛﻮﻓﻴﺪ 19-، ﻟﺬﻟﻚ ﻓﻘﺪ ﲤﺖ اﻟﺪراﺳﺔ ﻋﱪ ﺗﻮزﻳﻊ اﺳﺘﻤﺎرة اﺳﺘﺒﻴﺎن ﻋﻠﻰ ﻋﻴﻨﺔ ﺗﻌﺪادﻫﺎ اﻟـ 176 ﻣﻔﺮدة، أﻳﻦ ﰎ اﻻﻋﺘﻤﺎد ﰲ ﻋﻤﻠﻴﺔ اﻟﺘﺤﻠﻴﻞ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺑﺮﻧﺎﻣﺞ اﳊﺰﻣﺔ اﻹﺣﺼﺎﺋﻴﺔ اﻟـ وذﻟﻚ ﺑﻐﺮ اﻹﺟﺎﺑﺔ ﻋﻠﻰ إﺷﻜﺎﻟﻴﺔ اﻟﺪراﺳﺔ واﺧﺘﺒﺎر ﻓﺮﺿﻴﺎøﺎ، وﻗﺪ ﺗﻮﺻﻠﺖ اﻟﺪراﺳﺔ ﰲ øﺎﻳﺔ اﳌﻄﺎف إﱃ أن وﺟﻮد ﻋﻼﻗﺔ ﺑﲔ ﻇﻬﻮر اﻟﻔﲑوس وأﺳﻌﺎر ﺧﺪﻣﺎت اﻟﺘﺄﻣﲔ، إﻻ أن ﻫﺬﻩ اﻟﻌﻼﻗﺔ ﺿﻌﻴﻔﺔ ﻧﻮﻋﺎ ﻋﻠﻰ اﻟﺮﻏﻢ ﻣﻦ ﻗﻮة ﺗﺄﺛﲑﻫﺎ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺗﻌﺎﻣﻼت اﻟﻔﺮد ﻣﻊ ﺧﺪﻣﺎت اﻟﺘﺄﻣﲔ ﺑﺴﺒﺐ ﺗﻔﺸﻲ وﻇﻬﻮر اﻟﻔﲑوس.

Study summary This study aims to try to assess and monitor the trends of a sample of insured with insurance companies at the level of the Wilayat of Ouargla about the nature of the prices of services provided by them, especially after the emergence and spread of the new Corona virus (Covid- 19), so the study was carried out by distributing a questionnaire to a sample of 176 Single, where in the analysis process was relied on the statistical package program, without answering the problem of the study and testing its hypotheses, and the study eventually concluded that there is a relationship between the emergence of the virus and the prices of insurance services, but this relationship is somewhat weak despite the strength of its impact On the individual’s dealings with insurance services due to the outbreak and emergence of the virus.
