Abstract: هدفت هذه الدراسة لمعرفة مدى تأثير الاتصال التسويقي في تحقيق رضا و ولاء الزبائن لمؤسسة موبيليس (وحدة ورقلة)، وقد تمثلت عينة الدراسة في مشتركي مؤسسة موبيليس في منطقة ورقلة وتم اختيار عينة عشوائية شملت 129 مفردة وزع الاستبيان إلكترونيا عليهم وتم تحليل وتفريغ البيانات وفق البرنامج الإحصائي 22Spss، وتم التوصل إلى أن رضا وولاء الزبائن يعتمد على الاتصال التسويقي بالإضافة إلى عوامل أخرى مهمة كالامتيازات والأسعار المنخفضة, من التوصيات المقترحة ضرورة القيام بقياس فعالية كل عنصر من عناصر الاتصال التسويقي للوقوف على نقاط الضعف وتداركها مستقبلا.
This study aimed to find out the extent of the impact of marketing communication on achieving customer satisfaction and loyalty to the Mobilis organization (department of Ouargla). The study sample was represented by the subscribers of the Mobilis organization in Ouargla region. by selecting a random sample of 129 individuals. where we distributed an electronic questionnaire, and SPSS 22 statistical program to analyse data., and it was concluded that customer satisfaction and loyalty depends on marketing communication in addition to other important factors such as privileges and low prices. Among the suggested recommendations is the need to measure the effectiveness of each element of marketing communication to identify weaknesses and remedy them in the future.
