الذكاء الانفعالي وعلاقته باتخاذ القرار لدى عينة من طلبة الجامعة دراسة ميدانية لدى عينة من طلبة جامعة ورقلة

Abstract

هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى الكشف عن الارتباط بين الذكاء الانفعالي واتخاذ القرار لدى عينة من طلبة الجامعة، والكشف عن دلالة الفرق في الارتباط تبعا للتخصص والمستوى الدراسي، وتم الاعتماد على مقياسي (الذكاء الانفعالي، اتخاذ القرار) وذلك بعد التأكد من خصائصها السيكومترية، وتم تطبيقها على عينة قوامها (377) طالبا بجامعة قاصدي مرباح ورقلة للسنة الجامعية 2019/ 2020، وباستخدام الأساليب الإحصائية المتمثلة في معامل الارتباط بيرسون ومعادلة فيشر تم التوصلإلى النتائج التالية: - وجود ارتباط موجب دال إحصائيا بين الذكاء الانفعالي واتخاذ القرار لدى عينة الدراسة. - لا يختلف الارتباط بين الذكاء الانفعالي واتخاذ القرار اختلافا دالا إحصائيا باختلاف التخصص الدراسي (اجتماعي – تطبيقي) لدى عينة الدراسة. - لا يختلف الارتباط بين الذكاء الانفعالي واتخاذ القرار اختلافا دالا إحصائيا باختلاف المستوى الدراسي (ليسانس – ماستر) لدى عينة الدراسة .

The present study aims to reveal the correlationalbetween emotional intelligence and decision-making among a sample of university students,And to tell the extent of the difference in the relationship between them according to specialization and academic level, and to achieve the objectives of the study, two scales were relied on (emotional intelligence, decision-making) after making sure of its characteristics psychometric. This was applied to sample of (377) students at the kassdimerbah university-ouargla for the university year 2019/2020, And using statistical methods represented by the Pearson correlation coefficient and the formula for calculating significance of the differences between the correlation coefficient for fisher the following results have been reached: - There is a positive correlational between emotional intelligence and decision-making in the study sample. - The correlation between emotional intelligence and decision-making does not differ according to the academic specialization (socio-applied) in the study sample. - The correlation between emotional intelligence and decision-making does not differ according to the level ( licentiate- master) of the study sample
