Abstract: | Fouling is one of the biggest problems encountered in the operation of crude processing equipment, resulting in reduced thermal performance resulting in poor quality of processed crude and considerable economic loss to the petroleum industry. However, there are several preventive methods which limit this phenomenon but which require knowledge of the appropriate intervention time. The aim of the work is to analyze the thermal performance of crude processing equipment (the heat exchanger and the stabilization column) by estimating the overall heat transfer coefficients through the fouling resistors to predict the right moment intervention and maintenance by modeling the curves of the fouling resistances by the software curve expert 1.4 and we then follow the analysis techniques and the methods of cleaning the fouling deposits The main results show that the modeling of the fouling resistance of the heat exchanger And the stabilization column is represented by a quadratic equation with a correlation coefficient equal respectively r= 980099and r =980..0 According to the results d Analysis of III deposits, we propose methods to avoid the formation of such a deposit inside the heat exchanger and at the bottom of the stabilization column. |
