أثر استخدام نظام تخطيط موارد المؤسسة ERP على مستوى التشارك المعرفي دراسة ميدانية في الشركة الوطنية للتأمين SAA -ورقلة

Abstract

المعلومات والتنسيق بين المصالح إلا أن هذا النظام حقق نجاح كبير لاستخدامه الجيد وهذا ما جعل المؤسسة قادرة على المنافسة هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على مدى تأثير استخدام نظام تخطيط موارد المؤسسة على مستوى التشارك المعرفي، حيث عاجلت هذه الدراسة تأثري كل من متطلبات تطبيق النظام متمثلة في دعم الإدارة العليا، توافق النظام مع عمليات الأعمال، كفاءة قسم المعلومات، دعم موردي النظام و إعادة هندسة العمليات على مستوى التشارك المعرفي من خلال دراسة ميدانية في المؤسسة الوطنية للتامين-ورقلة ، اعتمدنا في هذه الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي الموافق للجانب النظري من الدراسة واستخدمنا الاستبيان كأداة لجمع المعلومات تم توزيعه على عينة عشوائية تمثلت في 65 عامل من موظفي وإطارات في جميع المستويات الإدارية بالمؤسسة الوطنية للتأمين ، وبالاعتماد على البرنامج الإحصائيSpss باستخدام مجموعة من الأدوات والأساليب الإحصائية المتمثلة في المتوسطات الحسابية والانحراف المعياري ومعامل الارتباط وتحليل الانحدار الخطي البسيط وكل من التباين الأحادي والثنائي . بعد تحليل نتائج Spss ومناقشتها وتفسيرها، ومن اجل الإجابة على هذه الإشكالية توصلت الدراسة إلى عدة استنتاجات منها أن هناك مستوى متوسط بين نظام تخطيط موارد المؤسسة والتشارك المعرفي أي انه يساعد بدرجة متوسطة في الرفع من مستوى تشارك والاستمرار.

The study aimed to identify the extent of the impact of using the ERP system on the level of cognitive sharing, as this study expedited the effect of each of the requirements of the application of the system represented in supporting the top management, the system's compatibility with business processes, the efficiency of the information department, supporting the system suppliers and re-engineering operations On the level of knowledge sharing through a field study in the National Insurance Corporation - Ouargla, we relied in this study on the descriptive approach corresponding to the theoretical side of the study. For insurance, and by relying on the Spss statistical program, using a set of statistical tools and methods, represented by arithmetic averages, standard deviation, correlation coefficient, simple linear regression analysis, and both the single and binary variance.After analyzing, discussing and interpreting the results of Spss, and in order to answer this problem, the study reached several conclusions, including that there is a medium level between the ERP system and knowledge sharing, meaning that it helps to a moderate degree in raising the level of information sharing and coordination between interests, but this system has achieved success Great for its good use and that's what made the organization competitive and viable.
