Abstract: The oral narration of historical events is an integral part of the human heritage, and at the same time represents a part of the local and national memory, and increases in value when it is written down and preserved and becomes a rich material for academic research, as it is a source of information that cannot be ignored, and this is because it is a communicative link between generations, which It makes it more protective in preserving its components and identity, and hence historical studies often resort to taking it as an important source in explaining many incidents, especially those about which the sources are closed, and sometimes she becomes the lady when we lack documents and sources,and among the oral narratives The blog, which has a special place in the history of the city of El-Menea since its inception until the year 1954. Which was written by Sheikh “Belhaj Al-Talib Hama” and his group, which took the responsibility of transcribing it officially at the level of the National Organization of Mujahideen in El- MEnea.
