Abstract: The study aims to show the effectiveness of the mechanisms of controlling public deals in the municipality of Ouargla through Presidential Decree 15_247 related to public deals and the delegations of the public attachment, as public deals are a type of administrative contracts taken by the legally authorized bodies to run their facilities and in this context the Algerian legislator has worked to determine A number of regulatory mechanisms from 1967 to 2015, and we have come through our study that, despite the multiplicity of oversight for the deal, that the reality does not reflect this, which we have touched through our analysis of the subject of the study
