فعالية الاتصال داخل المؤسسة العمومية الخدماتية (دراسة حالة لمؤسسة اتصالات الجزائر –فرع لاكتال بعين صالح-)

Abstract

نظرا للدور الفعال الذي يلعبه الاتصال في تسيير المؤسسات خاصة العمومية الخدماتية منها ، فقد اهتم العديد من الباحثين على الأثر الذي يتركه داخل هذه المؤسسات محاولين الكشف عن وسائل الاتصال بالمؤسسة وأهم الصعوبات التي تواجه هذه المؤسسات. ومن خلال هذه الدراسة حاولنا التعرف على فعالية الاتصال داخل المؤسسة العمومية الخدماتية اتصالات الجزائر"فرع لاكتال بعين صالح" ، حيث اعتمدنا في دراستنا المنهج الوصفي وقد اخترنا منهج دراسة الحالة كنوع من المنهج، والاستبيان كأداة لجمع البيانات . توصلنا إلى : أن وسائل الاتصال في مؤسسة اتصالات الجزائر انقسمت الى الشفوية والمكتوبة والالكترونية ،وان الاتصالات الرسمية هي الأفضل في المؤسسة بين الموظفين لما تتضمنه من تعليمات وتقارير وجداول الإرسال لكل الموظفين ، حيث بينت لنا هذه الدراسة انه لا وجود لصعوبات تعيق الاتصال داخل مؤسسة اتصالات الجزائر فرع لاكتال عين صالح

In view of the role played by communication in the management of institution,especially public service ones ، many researchers have been interested in the impact it leaves within this institution، trying to reveal the means of communication in the institution and the most important difficulties facing these institutions. Through this stud,we tried to identify the effectiveness of communication within the public service institution,Algeria Telecom “lactal Ain salah Branch “,where we adopted the descriptive approach in study. We concluded :that the means of communication in Algeria Telecom are divided into oral ، written and electronic,and that official communication is the best in the institution among employees because of the instructions ، reports and dispatch schedules for all employees ,as this study showed that there are no difficulties impeding communication within the Algeria Telecom corporation“lactal Ain salah Branch”.
