استخدام تكنولوجيا الاتصال في المؤسسة العمومية ( دراسة ميدانية الحماية المدنية بورقلة)

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن موضوع استخدام تكنولوجيا الإيصال في المؤسسة العمومية (الحماية المدنية) ولهذا الغرض اعتمدنا على التساؤل الآتية: - كيف يتم استخدام تكنولوجيا الاتصال في مؤسسة الحماية المدنية بولاية ورقلة؟ - وقد تفرع عن هذا التساؤل مجموع من التساؤلات الفرعية تمثلت فيما يلي: - ما هي أهم تكنولوجيا الاتصال التي تستخدمها الحماية المدنية؟ - ما هي دوافع استخدام تكنولوجيا الاتصال في مؤسسة الحماية المدنية بورقلة؟ - ما هي أهم الإشباعات المحققة من خلال استخدام مؤسسة الحماية المدنية لتكنولوجيا الاتصال الجديدة في مجال العمل؟ وقد اقتضت طبيعة الدراسة إتباع المنهج الوصفي التحليلي الذي يعد من أكثر المناهج استخدام كما في العلوم الإنسانية والاجتماعية مع استخدام مجموعة من التقنيات البحثية للحصول على المعطيات الميدانية(الاستمارة)، التي طبقت على عينة الدراسة وقد احتوت على 26 سؤال وتمثل مجتمع الدراسة في موظفي الحماية المدنية وقدرت عينة الدراسة بـ 40 عون حماية. واستخلصنا في الأخير أن تكنولوجيا الاتصال لها دور فعال في تحسين نوع الخدمات المقدمة من خلال توفير مرونة في أداء العمل كما ساهمت في شكل كبير في التنسيق بين العمال.

This study leads to discover the topic of using technology and communication in the public establishment (the civil protection). For that reason, we asked these questions: -How to use the communication technology In the civil protection establishment in Wilaya Ouargla? So that we have asked sub-questions; as follows: -What is the main communication technology which is used by the civil protection? -What are the reasons behind using the communication technologyIn the civil protection establishment in Wilaya Ouargla? -What are the results of using the communication technology In the civil protection establishment in working field? This study leads us to choose “the descriptive analytic methodology” which is the most used in Human and Social Sciences field, in addition to using other research techniques for getting data from reality (the questionnaire) which had applied on a study sample, it contained 26 question for the study society of the employees of civil protection who were about 40 of protection aid. As a result, we have found that communication technology is very important to improve the services given and to facilitate in working, it also helps in coordinating between employers.
