دور مواقع الشبكات الاجتماعية في توعية الشباب بأهمية التكوين المهني دراسة ميدانية- لمؤسسة التكوين المهني والتمهين بسيدي عمران ـ دائرة جامعة.

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة التي تبنت نظرية الاستخدامات و الاشباعات إلى التعرف على كيفية مساهمة مواقع الشبكات الاجتماعية في توعية الشباب بأهمية التكوين المهني، و قد تم تطبيقها على عينة من شباب المتربصين بالتكوين المهني و التمهين بسيدي عمران،حيث قسمنا الدراسة إلى فصلين،منهجي وتطبيقي. وقد انطلقت هذه الدراسة من التساؤل الرئيسي التالي: كيف تساهم مواقع الشبكات الاجتماعية في توعية الشباب المتربصينبسيدي عمران بأهمية التكوين المهني؟ وتندرج تحته التساؤلات الفرعية التالية: 1-ما هي عادات وأنماط استخدام المتربصين بالتكوين المهني لمواقع الشبكات الاجتماعية. ؟ 2-ما هي دوافع استخدام المتربصين بالتكوين المهني لمواقع الشبكات الاجتماعية؟ 3- ما هي أهم الاشباعات والحاجات التي تحققها مواقع الشبكات الاجتماعية للمتربصين بالتكوين المهني؟ وبما أن هذه الدراسة تنتمي إلى الدراسات الوصفية، فقد استخدمنا المنهج الوصفي المسحي ، وتم الاعتماد في جمع المعلومات من المبحوثين على أداتي استمارة الاستبيان و المقابلة ، وكان اختيارهم عن طريق العينة العشوائية تمثلت في 200 مبحوثا بمركز التكوين المهني. وتوصلت الدراسة الميدانية إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها: • توصلت الدراسة إلى أن موقع الفيسبوك من أكثر مواقع الشبكات الاجتماعية استخداما من طرف الشباب عينة الدراسة. • وبينت النتائج أن أهم دافع لاستخدام أفراد عينة الدراسة لمواقع الشبكات الاجتماعية هو الحصول على الأخبار والمعلومات . • كما أظهرت النتائج أن مواقع الشبكات الاجتماعية ساهمت بشكل ملحوظ في التحاق الشباب بمركز التكوين المهني وذلك من خلال المواقع الشهيرة والمفضلة لديهم خاصة موقع الفيسبوك مما ساهم في اكتسابهم إرشادات وتوجهات وتشكيل وعي اجتماعي وثقافي وعلمي نحو ما يحيط بمركز التكوين المهني.

This study, based on the theory of uses and fingerprints, aims to identify how social networking sites contribute to raising young people's awareness of the importance of vocational training. It has been applied to a sample of young people attached to vocational training and qualification with SidiAmrane, where we divided the study into two classes, systematic and applied. This study proceeded from the following main question: How do social networking sites contribute to educating young people in SidiAmrane about the importance of vocational training? It includes the following sub-questions: 1. What are the habits and patterns of using professional associates for social networking sites?. 2. What are the motives for using professional training entrants for social networking sites? 3. What are the most important fingerprints and needs of networking sites? Since this study belongs to descriptive studies,We used the scanning descriptive curriculum, and the information collected from the researchers relied on the corresponding questionnaire tools, their selection through the random sample consisted of 200 researchers at the vocational training centre. • The field study produced a series of findings, the most important of which were: The study found that Facebook is one of the most widely used social networking sites by young people. • The results showed that the most important motivation for the study sample's use of social networking sites was to obtain news and information. • The results also showed that social networking sites contributed significantly to young people's enrolment in the vocational training centre through popular and favorite websites, especially Facebook, which contributed to their acquisition of guidance, directions and the formation of social, cultural and scientific awareness about the surrounding vocational training center.
