مستوى جودة الأداء الوظيفي لدى أساتذة مرحلة التعليم المتوسط في ظل التدريس بالأفواج. دراسة ميدانية: ببعض متوسطات مدينة ورقلة

Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على مستوى جودة الأداء الوظيفي لدى أساتذة مرحلة التعليم المتوسط في ظل التدريس بالأفواج، ومعرفة ما إذا كان هناك فروق في جودة الأداء الوظيفي تعزى لعامل (الجنس، السن، الأقدمية في التدريس) وقد تكونت عينة الدراسة من (60) أستاذ، ومن أجل ذلك تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي الاستكشافي المقارن، ولجمع البيانات تم استخدام استبيان جودة الأداء الوظيفي من إعداد الباحثين، بعد أن تم التأكد من الخصائص السيكومتيرية. ولمناقشة نتائج الفرضيات استعملنا الأساليب الإحصائية التالية: (المتوسط الحسابي، والانحراف المعياري، و اختبار "ت"). وقد توصلنا إلى النتائج التالية: - مستوى جودة الأداء الوظيفي لدى أساتذة مرحلة التعليم المتوسط في ظل التدريس بالأفواج مرتفع. - لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى جودة الأداء الوظيفي لدى أساتذة مرحلة التعليم المتوسط في ظل التدريس بالأفواج تعزى لكل متغير من المتغيرات التالية: (الجنس ، الأقدمية). - توجد فروق ذات دلالة احصائية في مستوى جودة الأداء الوظيفي لدى أساتذة مرحلة التعليم المتوسط في ظل التدريس بالأفوج تعزى لمتغير(السن). وقد نوقشت نتائج هذه الدراسة في ضوء الجانب النظري وبعض الدراسات السابقة واختتمت بتقديم بعض الاقتراحات.

This study aimed to identify the level of job performance quality of middle school teachers in light of the teaching in cohorts, and to find out whether there are differences in the quality of job performance due to the factor (gender, age, seniority in teaching). The study sample consisted of (60) professors In order to achieve this, the descriptive exploratory approach was relied upon, and to collect data, a job performance quality questionnaire was used, prepared by the researchers, after the psychometric properties were ascertained. To discuss the results of the hypotheses, the following statistical methods were adopted: (arithmetic mean, standard deviation, and t-test). We reached the following results: - The level of quality of job performance among the teachers of the intermediate education stage in light of the teaching in the cohorts is high. - There are no statistically significant differences in the level of quality of job performance among teachers of the intermediate education stage in light of the teaching in cohorts due to each of the following variables: (gender, seniority). - There are statistically significant differences in the level of quality of job performance among the teachers of the intermediate education stage in light of the teaching in the cohort due to the variable (age). The results of this study were discussed in the light of the theoretical side and some previous studies, and concluded with some suggestions.
