مستوى الصحة النفسية (الرفاه النفسي ,الضيق النفسي) في العمل لدى عينة من عمال المفتشية الجهوية للعمل بورقلة دراسة إستكشافية بمفتشيات العمل(ورقلة الوادي غرداية الأغواط)

Abstract

أجريت الدراسة الحالية بهدف التعرف على مستوى الصحة النفسية (الرفاه،الضيق) في العمل لدى عينة من عمال الفتشية الجهوية للعمل بورقلة ، وكذا التعرف على الفروق في مستوى الصحة النفسية تعزى لمتغير (الجنس،الحالةالإجتماعية،الأقدمية). ومن أجل تحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم الإعتماد على المنهج الوصفيالإستكشافيالمناسب للدراسة الحالية وذلك بإستخدامإستبيان الرفاه النفسي، وإستبيان الضيق النفسي من إعداد العالم (ماسي وآخرون) المترجم من طرف الباحث عطية عصام بوزيدي 2020 ، بعد التأكد من من خصائصه السيكومترية والتي أكدت على صلاحيته للإستخدام على عينة الدراسة الأساسية ، وقد طبق على عينة من عمال المفتشية الجهوية للعمل بورقلة (ورقلة،الوادي، غرداية، الأغواط) والتي تم إختيارها بطريقة العينة العشوائية الطبقية والبالغ عددهم 132 عامل موزعين على المفتشيات الولائية للعمل التابعة للإختصاص الإقليمي لورقلة . وقصد معالجة البيانات تم الإعتماد على إختبار "ت " للعينة الواحدة تم حساب المتوسط الحسابي والمتوسط الفرضي للكشف عن مستوى الصحة النفسية (الرفاه النفسي، الضيق النفسي )وإختبار "ت" لمجموعتين مستقلتين ، وإختبار تحليل التباين الأحادي الإتجاه ANOVA. وذلك بإستخدام برنامج الحزم الإحصائية للعلوم الإجتماعيةSPSS 25 وقد تم التوصل إلى النتائج التالية : - مستوى الصحة النفسية ( الرفاه النفسي، الضيق النفسي) في العمل لدى عينة من عمال المفتشية الجهوية للعمل بورقلة مرتفع. - لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى الصحة النفسية ( الرفاه النفسي، الضيق النفسي) في العمل لدى عينة من عمال المفتشية الجهوية للعمل بورقلة تعزى لمتغير الجنس . - لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى الصحة النفسية ( الرفاه النفسي، الضيق النفسي) في العمل لدى عينة منعمال المفتشية الجهوية للعمل بورقلة تعزى لتغير الحالة الإجتماعية . - لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى الصحة النفسية ( الرفاه النفسي، الضيق النفسي) في العمل لدى عينة منعمال المفتشية الجهوية للعمل بورقلة تعزى لمتغير الأقدمية. وقد نوقشت نتائج الدراسة في ضوء الجانب النظري وبعض الدراسات السابقة والواقع المعاش ، وخلصت بتقديم بعض المقترحات .

The current study was conducted with the aim of identifying the level of mental health (well-being, distress) among the workers of the regional fetish for work in Ouargla, as well as identifying the differences in the level of mental health due to the variable (sex, marital status, seniority). In order to achieve the objectives of the study, the descriptive approach was relied on in collecting data and information, since the study was exploratory in its premise and then extended to study the differences, using the psychological well-being questionnaire, and the psychological distress questionnaire prepared by the scientist (Massi et al.) translated by researcher Attia IssamBouzidi 2020, after Verification of its psychometric properties, which confirmed its suitability for use on the basic study sample, and it was applied to the workers of the regional inspectorate for work in Ouargla (Ouargla, El-Wadi, Ghardaia, Laghouat), which was selected by a stratified random sampling method. Regional of Ouargla. In order to process the data, the single-sample t-test was calculated. The arithmetic mean and the hypothetical mean were calculated to detect the level of mental health (psychological well-being, psychological distress), the t-test for two independent groups, and the one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA) test. This was done by using the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS 25) program, and the following results were obtained: The level of mental health (psychological well-being, psychological distress) at work among workers of the regional inspectorate for work in Ouargla is high. - There are no statistically significant differences in the level of mental health (psychological well-being, psychological distress) at work among workers of the regional inspectorate for work in Ouargla due to the gender variable. - There are no statistically significant differences in the level of mental health (psychological well-being, psychological distress) at work among the workers of the Regional Inspectorate for Work in Ouargla due to the change in social status. - There are no statistically significant differences in the level of mental health (psychological well-being, psychological distress) in the work of the workers of the regional inspectorate for work in Ouargla due to the variable of seniority. The results of the study were discussed in the light of the theoretical side, some previous studies and the lived reality, and concluded by presenting some proposals.
