الرضا عن الظروف الفيزيقية وعلاقتها بالأداء الوظيفي لدى عمال الشبابيك لبريد الجزائر لمديية ورقلة

Abstract

أجريت الدراسة الحالية بهدف التعرف على مستوى الرضا عن الظروف الفيزيقية لدى عمال شبابيك بريد الجزائر لمدينة ورقلة, وصولا إلى دراسة العلاقة بين مستوى الرضا عن هذه الظروف الفيزيقية والمتمثل في (الإضاء والضوضاء ووجود الطاقة الكهربائية) والأداء الوظيفي لدى العينة, كما هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على الفروق في مستوى الرضا عن الظروف الفيزيقية لعمال شبابيك بريد الجزائر لمدينة ورقلة تبعا للمتغيرات الوسطية ( الجنس, الحالة العائلية, السن, المستوى التعليمي وسنوات العمل). وقد تم إستخدام المنهج الوصفي العلائقي في جمع بيانات الدراسة عن طريق إستبيانين الأول يخص الرضا عن الظروف الفيزيقية مكون من (25) بند حيث تم بنائه من طرف صاحب الدراسة الحالية بينما تكون الإستبيان الثاني الخاص بالأداء الوظيفي من (21) بند معد من طرف محمد إبراهيم السكران (2004) حيث تم تكييفه وتعديله وفقا لعينة الدراسة الحالية,وتم التأكد من صلاحيتهما للدراسة الحالية عن طريق قياس الخصائص السيكومترية للأداتين من صدق وثبات, تم توزيع الأداتين على العينة الأساسية بطريقة عشوائية بسيطة قوامها (90) إستبيان صالح للدراسة والتحليل, وتم إستخدام الأساليب الإحصائية المناسبة لمعالجة البيانات وتحليلها, وذلك بإستخدام برنامج الحزم الإحصائية للعلوم الإجتماعية spss النسجة (22), وتم التوصل إلى النتائج الأتية: - مستوى الرضا عن الظروف الفيزيقية منخفض لدى عمال شبابيك بريد الجزائر لمدينة ورقلة. - توجد علاقة بين الرضا عن الظروف الفيزيقية من (إضاءة, ضوضاء ووجود طاقة كهرباء) والإداء الوظيفي لدى عمال شبابيك بريد الجزائر لمدينة ورقلة. - لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في الرضا عن الظروف الفيزيقية من (إضاءة, ضوضاء ووجود الطاقة كهربائية) لدى عمال شبابيك بريد الجزائر لمدينة ورقلة تعزي لمتغير الجنس. - لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية فيالرضا عن الظروف الفيزيقية من (إضاءة, ضوضاء ووجود الطاقة كهربائية) لدى عمال شبابيك بريد الجزائر لمدينة ورقلة تعزي لمتغير الحالة العائلية. - لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائيةفي الرضا عن الظروف الفيزيقية من (إضاءة, ضوضاء ووجود الطاقة كهربائية)لدى عمال شبابيك بريد الجزائر لمدينة ورقلة تعزى لمتغير السن. - لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية فيالرضا عن الظروف الفيزيقية من (إضاءة, ضوضاء ووجود الطاقة كهربائية) لدى عمال شبابيك بريد الجزائر لمدينة ورقلة تعزي لمتغير المستوى التعليمي. - توجد فروق دالة إحصائيا فيالرضا عن الظروف الفيزيقية من (إضاءة, ضوضاء ووجود الطاقة كهربائية)لدى عمال شبابيك بريد الجزائر لمدينة ورقلة تعزى لمتغير سنوات العمل. وقد نوقشت نتائج الدراسة في ضوء الجانب النظري وبعض الدراسات السابقة, وخلصت بتقديم بعض المقترحات الموجهة للدارسين وأصحاب القرار والمسوؤلين عن العينة قيد الدراسة.

The current study was conducted with the aim of identifying the level of satisfaction with the physical conditions of Algiers Post office workers in the city of Ouargla, in order to study the relationship between the level of satisfaction with these physical conditions represented in (lighting, noise and the presence of electrical energy) and the job performance of the sample.Differences in the level of satisfaction with the physical conditions of Algiers Post office workers in Ouargla, according to the median variables (gender, family status, age, educational level and years of work). The descriptive relational approach was used in collecting studydata through two questionnaires, the first of which concerns satisfaction with the physical conditions, consisting of (25) items, as it was built by the author of the current study, while the second questionnaire on job performance consisted of (21) items prepared by Muhammad Ibrahim. Al-Sukran (2004), where it was adapted and modified according to the sample of the current study, and their validity for the current study was confirmed by measuring the psychometric properties of the two tools of validity and reliability. The appropriate statistics for data processing and analysis, using the statistical packages for social sciences spss program (22), and the following results were reached -The level of satisfaction with the physical conditions is low among the workers of the Algiers Post office windows in the city of Ouargla. - There is a relationship between satisfaction with the physical conditions (lighting, noise and the presence of electric energy) and job performance among the workers of Algiers Post office windows in Ouargla. - There are no statistically significant differences in satisfaction with the physical conditions (lighting, noise and the presence of electrical energy) among the workers of Algiers Post office windows in the city of Ouargla due to the gender variable. - There are no statistically significant differences in satisfaction with the physical conditions (lighting, noise and the presence of electrical energy) among the workers of Algiers Post office windows in the city of Ouargla due to the variable of family status. - There are no statistically significant differences in satisfaction with the physical conditions (lighting, noise and the presence of electrical energy) among the workers of Algiers Post office windows for the city of Ouargla due to the age variable. - There are no statistically significant differences in satisfaction with the physical conditions (lighting, noise and the presence of electrical energy) among the workers of Algiers Post office windows in the city of Ouargla due to the educational level variable. - There are statistically significant differences in satisfaction with the physical conditions (lighting, noise and the presence of electrical energy) among the workers of Algiers Post office windows for the city of Ouargla due to the variable years of work. The results of the study were discussed in the light of the theoretical aspect and some previous studies, and concluded by presenting some proposals directed to scholars, decision-makers and those responsible for the sample under study.
