Valorisation de l’huiles essentielles de basilic comme bio insecticide

Abstract

ملخص : يهدف عملنا إلى تثمين زيوت نبات الريحان(Ocimum basilicum) من الناحية الكيميائية . تم قطفها من منطقة الرويسات) ورقلة( من اجل دراسة الخصائص الفيزيو - كيميائية من المجموع الخضري باستخدام جهاز كلافنجر عن طريق عملية التقطير وكانت مردودية الزيت تساوي3% وهو نبات عطري ينتمي إلى عائلة Lamiacées مجموعة تتميز بإنتاج الزيوت الأساسية والتي لها قدرة علاجية تم استخدامها في العديد من المجالات :الطب ,الصيدلة، التجميل، مواد التنظيف…الخ , تم تحليل الزيت الأساسي بواسطة كروماتوغرافيا الطور الغازي المزواج بمطيافية الكتلة. اظهرت النتائج عن وجود مادة لينالول والتي تعتبر المادة الفعالة والمسؤولة عن فعالية المبيدات

Notre travail vise Valoriser l’huiles essentielles de la plante de basilic (Ocimum basilicum) chimiquement il a été tiré de la région de Rouissat (Ouargla) Pour étudier les propriétés physico-chimiques du végétatif à l'aide d'un Clevenger par hydrodistillation Le rendement en huile était de 3 %. C'est une plante aromatique appartenant à la famille Lamiacées Un groupe caractérisé par la production d'huiles essentielles Qui a une capacité thérapeutique et a été utilisé dans de nombreux Domaines : médecine, pharmacie, cosmétique, produits d'entretien...etc. L'huile essentielle a été analysée par chromatographie Spectrométrie de masse couplée en phase gazeuse. Les résultats ont montré la présence de linalol Qui trouve la substance active responsable de l'efficacité des pesticides.
