الكفايات الإرشادية لدى مستشاري التوجيه و الإرشاد المدرسي والمهنيمن وجهة نظرهم دراسة ميدانية بولاية ورقلة

Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على مستوى الكفايات الإرشادية لدى مستشاري التوجيه والإرشاد المدرسي والمهني من وجهة نظرهم بمركز التوجيه والإرشاد المدرسي والمهنيبولاية ورقلة ، والفروق في الكفايات الإرشادية لدى مستشاري التوجيه و الارشاد المدرسي و المهني باختلاف المؤهل العلمي المتحصل عليه حاليا (ليسانس ، ماستر، دكتوراه)،و التخصص الأكاديمي (علم اجتماع، علوم تربية، علم نفس)، الأقدمية المهنية ( اقل أو يساوي10 سنوات ،أكثر من 10سنوات). ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم وضع التساؤلات التالية : 1. ما هو مستوى الكفايات الإرشادية لدى مستشاري التوجيه و الإرشاد المدرسي والمهني من وجهة نظرهم؟ 2. هل توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في الكفايات الإرشادية لدى مستشاري التوجيه والإرشاد المدرسي باختلاف المؤهل العلمي المتحصل عليه حاليا (ليسانس ،ماستر، دكتوراه) ؟ 3. هل توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في الكفايات الإرشادية لدى مستشاري التوجيه و الإرشاد المدرسي باختلاف التخصص الأكاديمي (علم اجتماع،علوم تربية،علم نفس)؟ 4. هل توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في الكفايات الإرشادية لدى مستشاري التوجيه و الإرشاد المدرسي باختلاف الأقدمية المهنية ( اقل أويساوي 10 سنوات ،أكثر من 10سنوات)؟ واستخدمت الباحثتان المنهج المقارن لمناسبته لمثل هذا النوع من الدراسات التربوية ، وبلغتعينة الدراسة (90) مستشار و مستشارة إرشاد وتوجيه مدرسي ومهني تابعين لمركز التوجيه بولاية ورقلة. وأعدت الباحثتان استبيانا مكون من (34) فقرة . وتم التحقق من صدق الاستبيان باستخدام الصدق الظاهري (صدق المحكمين) وصدق الاتساق الداخلي ، وتم التأكد من ثباتها عن طريق التجزئة النصفية . وتم معالجة البيانات باستخدام برنامج الرزم الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية (spss)وقد تم التوصل إلى النتائج التالية : 1. مستوى الكفايات الإرشادية لدى مستشاري التوجيه و الإرشاد المدرسي و المهني من وجهة نظرهم مرتفع. 2. لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في الكفايات الإرشادية لدى مستشاري التوجيه و الإرشاد المدرسي و المهني باختلاف المؤهل العلمي المتحصل عليه (ليسانس ،ماستر، دكتوراه). 3. لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في الكفايات الإرشادية لدى مستشاري التوجيه و الإرشاد المدرسي و المهني باختلاف التخصص الأكاديمي (علم اجتماع، علوم تربية، علم نفس). 4. لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في الكفايات الإرشادية لدى مستشاري التوجيه و الإرشاد المدرسي و المهني باختلاف الأقدمية المهنية ( اقل أو يساوي 10 سنوات ،أكثر من 10سنوات).

This study aimed to identify the level of counseling competencies of school and vocational guidance and counselors from their point of view at the School and Vocational Guidance and Counseling Center in the Wilayat of Ouargla, and the differences in the counseling competencies of school and vocational guidance and counseling counselors, according to different academic qualification currently obtained (Licence, Master, Doctorat), academic specializations (sociology, educational sciences, psychology), professional seniority (less than or equal to 10 years, more than 10 years). To achieve the objectives of the study, the following questions were formulated: 1. What is the level of counseling competencies for school and vocational guidance and counselors from their point of view? 2. Are there statistically significant differences in the counseling competencies of school and vocational guidance and counselors, according to different academic qualification currently obtained (Licence, Master, Doctorat)? 3. Are there statistically significant differences in the counseling competencies of school and vocational guidance and counselors,according to different academic specializations (sociology, educational sciences, psychology)? 4. Are there statistically significant differences in the counseling competencies of school and vocational guidance and counselors, according to different professional seniority (less than or equal to 10 years, more than 10 years)? The two researchers used the comparative method for its relevance to this kind of educational studies, and the study sample consisted of (90) school and professional guidance counselors affiliated with the Guidance Center of Ouargla.The two researchers prepared a questionnaire consisting of (34) items. The validity of the questionnaire was verified using the apparent validity (the arbitrators' sincerity) and the internal consistency ,its stability was confirmed by half- segmentation.The data was processed using the statistical packages for social sciences(spss) program, and the following results were reached:

1. The level of counseling competencies for school and vocational guidance and counselors from their point of view is high. 2. There are no statistically significant differences in the counseling competencies of school and vocational guidance and counselors, according to different academic qualification currently obtained (Licence, Master, Doctorat). 3. There are no statistically significant differences in the counseling competencies of school and vocational guidance and counselors,according to different academic specializations (sociology, educational sciences, psychology). 4. There are no statistically significant differences in the counseling competencies of school and vocational guidance and counselors, according to different professional seniority (less than or equal to 10 years, more than 10 years).
