استخــدام تكنولوجيا الــوسائط الــمتعددة في العملية الـتعليمية وعــلاقته بالـتحصيل الـعلمي دراسة ميدانية على أساتذة ثانوية مفدي زكرياء بدائرة تماسين -تقرت-

Abstract

هدفت دراستنا لمعرفة استخدام الأساتذة للوسائط الحديثة في العملية التعليمية ومالها من علاقة بتحصيل التلاميذ الدراسي, ولتحقيق هذا الهدف تم إجراء دراسة ميدانية على أساتذة من ثانوية مفدي زكرياء بدائرة التماسين ولاية تقرت، ووضعنا الإشكالية والتساؤلات التالية: - ماهي العلاقة بين استخدام الوسائط الحديثة في المؤسسة التربوية لدى تلاميذ الثانوية بتحصيلهم الدراسي من وجهة نظر الأساتذة؟ واعتمدنا على المنهج الوصفي المسحي, باستخدام أدوات الدراسة المقابلة والاستبيان بحيث استخدمنا العينة العشوائية على بعض أساتذة ثانوية مفدي زكرياء حيث تمثل مجتمع البحث فيها 51 مفردة وزعت 37مفردة وتم إلغاء 19 مفردة نظرًا لعدم إجابة بعض الأساتذة على معظم الأسئلة. وبعد توزيع الاستبيان والقيام بجمعه توصلنا إلى النتائج منها: - نستنتج من خلال ما أقرت به عينة الدراسة أنه توجد أساليب حديثة تستخدم في العملية التعليمية لدى الأساتذة والتي تساعد التلاميذ في تحصيلهم الدراسي. - كذلك من وجهة نظر الأساتذة في المؤسسة التربوية في المرحلة الثانوية، يوجد هناك أثر لاستخدام الوسائط التكنولوجية الحديثة في العملية التعليمية وأن ايجابياتها في مجال التدريس أكثر من سلبياتها. - يرى الأساتذة في الثانوية بأن هناك معيقات وصعوبات تقف أمامهم في الاستخدام الجيد للوسائط التكنولولجية الحديثة في التدريس وأهمها: نقص الوسائطفيالمؤسسة، مع قلة تشجيع الإدارة لاستخدام الوسائل الحديثة في التعليم.

This study aims to Know the teacher's use of the modern Multimedia in the process of teaching and its educational achievement for the people, in order to achieve this purpose , it has been done a case study concerning teachers of secondary school at Timacine ( State of Touggourt) , We have done the following statement of the problem and the research questions: What is the relationship between the use of the modern multimedia in the educational institute for the pupils of secondary School because of their educational attainment Form the teacher's point of view we have depended on the descriptive survey approach , through an interview and a questionnaire we have done our sample with some teachers from (MofdiZakaria Secondary School )Where the research community was represented in 51 items, 37 items were distributed, 19 items were canceled were eliminated from the error in answering some questions to most of the questions was delivered to (teachers of MofdiZakaria Secondary School ) After the data collection of the questionnaire we have reached to the following results: - From the collected data of the questionnaire we have found that there are modern methods are used in the process of teaching beyond the teachers in which can help the pupils in their educational attainment. - Also from the teacher's perspective institution at the secondary level, there is positive effect in using new technological multimedia in the process of teaching and its positives are more then its negatives. - The teacher at the secondary School sees that are obstacles and difficulties stand in front of the teacher, when using the new technological multimedia in teaching , among of these difficulties: The weakness of multimedia at the institution The weak support of the administration in using new tools in teaching.
