Abstract

ملخص الدراسة: هدفت دراستنا لمعرفة المعوقات التي تثبط وتعيق عملية التعليم عن بعد لدى طلبة وأساتذة معهد علوم وتقنيات النشاطات البدنية والرياضية ورقلة، فالمعروف أن التعليم عن بعد ليس بالشيء الهين الذي نتحصل عليه دون وجود معوقات.وبما أن الجامعة تعتبر من أكثر الفاعلين الدين خاضوا تجربة التعليم عن بعد في العالم فإننا نجد أنفسنا مطالبين بمعرفة: – ماهي معوقات التعليم عن بعد في معهد علوم وتقنيات النشاطات البدنية والرياضية ورقلة؟ - وهل توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في استجابات العينة محل الدراسة تُعزى لمتغير فئتي الدراسة – طلبة وأساتذة؟ وقد قام الطالب الباحث بإتباع المنهج الوصفي واختار عينة عشوائية متكونة من 22 أستاذ و80 طالب مستعملاً أداة الاستبيان، وتم إخضاع البيانات إلى عملية التحليل الإحصائي باستخدام برنامج الحزمة الإحصائية SPSS وكانت النتائج المتحصل عليها على النحو الآتي: -هنالك معوقات للتعليم عن بعد في معهد علوم وتقنيات النشاطات البدنية والرياضية ورقلة بدرجة موافق بشدة؛ -يوجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين استجابات العينة متكونة من طلبة وأساتذة. وخلصت الدراسة إلى جملة من الاقتراحات أهمها أن يتم العمل على توظيف التكنولوجيا الحديثة وأن يتم عمل تغير في المناهج التعليمية وجميع المقررات الدراسية من أجل أن يتم الارتباط بشكل أوسع مع المتعلمين زيادة قدراتهم النفسية والاجتماعية

This study aimed to know the obstacles of distance education, For students and professors of the Institute of Sciences and Techniques of Physical and Sports Activities of Ouargla, as we know that the distance education isn’t an easy way to find or obtain without obstacles, and as we know also that the university one of the most organizations who have experinces in distance education in the world. This supposition pushes us to find what is the obstacles of distance education at the Institute of Science and Technology of Physical and Sports Activities in Ouargla?, and if there are any statistically significant differences in the responses of the sample under study?. The researcher followed the descriptive approach and chose a random sample consisting of 22 professors and 80 students using the questionnaire tool, and the data was subjected to a statistical analysis processusing the SPSS statistical package, and the results obtained were as follows: - There are obstacles to distance education at the Institute of Sciences and Techniques of Physical and Sports Activities, Ouargla, to a degree that is strongly approved; - There are statistically significant differences between the responses of the sample consisting of students and professors.
