تحقيق أبعاد التنمية المستدامة في مؤسسات قطاع النشاط السياحي الجزائري دراسة عينة من مؤسسات قطاع النشاط السياحي الجزائري The realization of durable development perspectives in Algerian tourism sector institutions

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على مدى تحقيق أبعاد التنمية المستدامة في مؤسسات قطاع النشاط السياحي الجزائري، وكذا تحديد الجوانب الكفيلة بتحسين قدرات المؤسسات الجزائرية لكي تتلاءم مع أبعاد التنمية السياحية المستدامة. وتوصلت الدراسة،بعد التحليل لـ ( 143)استبيانا تمّ توزيعه على عينة من المسئولين والمشرفين على مؤسسات قطاع النشاط السياحي الجزائري، لاحظنا وعي كبير لدى المسيرين بأهمية تحقيق أبعاد التنمية السياحية المستدامة بصفتها الشرط الأساسي للاستمرار في قطاع تنافسي عالمي، وأن على هذه الأخيرة الاستثمار بشكل يتلاءم مع تحقيق أبعاد التنمية السياحية المستدامة لضمان تنمية متوازنة ومسئولة تلبي حاجات السياح بشكل عقلاني وتأخذ بعين الاعتبار الآثار التنموية الحالية والمستقبلية لأنشطتها The objective of this study is to identify to what extent the dimensions of sustainable development are reached in companies in the Algerian tourism sector, as well as aspects to improve the capacities of these companies to adapt to the requirements of the development of sustainable tourism. As a result analysis of (143) questionnaires distributed to a sample of managers and supervisors of the Algerian tourism sector, we found that they were very aware of the importance of realizing the dimensions of the development of a sustainable tourism as a precondition for continuity in an environment of international competitiveness. To do this, Algerian companies must invest according to a balanced and responsible development that meets the needs of tourists in a rational way and takes into account the current and future impacts of their activities on development.
