دور إذاعة الجزائر من ورقلة في تحقيق التنمية المحلية بالولاية دراسة ميدانية على عينة من سكان ولاية ورقلة

Abstract

تهدف الدراسة إلى الكشف عن مساهمة إذاعة الجزائر من ورقلة في تحقيق التنمية المحلية على مستوى الولاية،حيث تم أخذ إذاعة ورقلة كنموذج، وقد عمدت الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على مدى اهتمام الإذاعة بالمواضيع التنموية من خلال عرضها للقضايا التي تشغل المواطنين في مجال التنمية، ولغرض تحقيق أهداف الدراسة فقد تم الاستعانة بالمنهج المسحي للتعرف على الأفراد الذين يستمعون إلى البرامج التنموية القاطنين بحي القارة وحي المخادمة بولاية ورقلة، وأيضا تم الاستعانة بالاستبيان والمقابلة لجمع البيانات أما عن عينة الدراسة فكانت عبارة عن 40 مفردة بحيث وزعت الاستمارة على المستمعين الذين تم اختيارهم وفق المعاينة القصدية وقد تم استخدام عدد من الأساليب الإحصائية في برنامج الحزمة الإحصائيةSPSSلعرض وتحليل النتائج، وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن هناك تراجع في نسبة المستمعين إلى الإذاعة المحلية لكن في المقابل تبقى للإذاعة دور كبير في نشر الوعي التنموي داخل المجتمع المحلي كونها الوسيلة الأقرب إليه.

The study aims to reveal Radio Algiers's contribution to local development at the state level. The study highlighted radio's interest in development issues through its presentation of issues of concern to citizens in the field of development. For the purpose of achieving the objectives of the study, the survey curriculum was used to identify individuals who listen to the development programmes living in City of North Gara andMkhadma in Ouargla, The questionnaire and the interview were also used to collect data. The sample of the study was 40 individuals, so that the form was distributed to listeners selected according to the intended preview. A number of statistical methods were used in the SPSS statistical package program to present and analyze the results The study found that there had been a decline in listeners' ratio to local radio, but that radio still played a significant role in disseminating development awareness within the community as the closest vehicle.
