واقع الأمن الصناعي في المؤسسات الجزائرية دراسة ميدانية بمؤسسةإنتاج والتوزيع الغازات الصناعية وحدة ورقلة

Abstract

تهدف الدراسة إلى التعرف على الاستراتيجيات العامة التي تتبعها مؤسسة - إنتاج وتوزيع الغازات الصناعية lindgaz - وحدة ورقلة من أجل تحقيق الأمن والسلامة المهنية للعمال، والكشف عن مدى متابعة تنفيذ برامج وسياسات الأمن والسلامة المهنية من طرف المؤسسة، وما العراقيل التي تواجه تطبيق إجراءات الأمن والسلامة المهنية بالمؤسسة. ولتحقيق هذه الأهداف، ومن أجل التحقق من الإشكالية ميدانيا تم استخدام استمارة استبيان وطبقت على جميع مفردات المجتمع المدروس والبالغ عددهم 54 عامل أي باستخدام أسلوب المسح الشامل،استرجع منها 51 استمارة فقط، وبإتباع خطوات منهج البحث الميداني تم جمع المعلومات المتحصل عليها ومعالجتها إحصائيا باستخدام التكرارات والنسب. وفي الأخير توصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن: 1-هناك خطط واستراتيجيات عامة تتبعها مؤسسة إنتاج والتوزيع الغازات الصناعية وحدة ورقلة فيما يخص الأمن والسلامة المهنية للعمال تعكس الثقافة الأمنية للمؤسسة. 2- تهتم المؤسسة بالحرص على المتابعة الدائمة لمدى تنفيذ برامج وسياسات الأمن والسلامة المهنية وبالاستناد إلى سياسة التدريب الدوري، المتابعة الصحية والملفات الصحية، الصيانة الدورية...الخ. 3- يواجه تطبيق هذه الإستراتيجيات مجموعة من المعيقات التي تحول دون فعاليتها ومنها نقص الوعي الوقائي لدى بعض العمال، الروتين اليومي، عدم تقييم المخاطر المغيرة.

The study aims to identify the general strategies pursued by linde GAZE - unit and paper for the achievement of the professional security and safety of workers, and to reveal the extent to which the implementation of professional security and safety programs and policies by the foundation, and what obstacles face the application of the security and occupational safety procedures of the institution. In order to achieve these objectives, in order to verify the problem on the ground, a questionnaire form was used and applied to all 54 vocabulary of the studied community, i.e. using the comprehensive survey method, from which only 51 forms were recovered, and following the steps of the field research approach, the information obtained was collected and statistically processed using repetitions and ratios. - Finally, the results of the study found that: 1- There are general plans and strategies pursued by the Industrial Gas Production and Distribution Corporation and a unit and a paper on the security and professional safety of workers that reflect the security culture of the enterprise. 2- The Foundation is interested in ensuring the constant follow-up of the extent to which professional security and safety programs and policies are implemented and based on the policy of periodic training, health follow-up and health files, periodic maintenance... Etc. 3- The implementation of these strategies faces a range of obstacles to their effectiveness, including the lack of preventive awareness among some worke 4- rs, daily routines, and the failure to assess the risks that are changing.
