تأثير علاقات العمل على إنتاجية المؤسسة الصناعية دراسة ميدانية بمصنع إنتاج الحليب ومشتقاته (ملبنة الجنوب) ولاية ورقلة

Abstract

يرتبط موضوع اﻟدارﺳﺔ اﻟﺣﺎلية ﺑﺟﺎﻧب ﻣﻬم ﻋﻠﻰ ﺻﻌيد اﻟﻣؤﺳﺳﺎت ﺑﻣﺧﺗلف أﻧواﻋﻬﺎ ويتمثل ﻓﻲ علاﻗﺎت اﻟﻌﻣل وتأثيرها على إنتاجية اﻟﻣؤﺳﺳﺔ اﻟﺻﻧﺎعية، وﻫذا ﻣن أﺟل اﻟﻛﺷف ﻋﻠﻰ اﻟدور اﻟﻔﻌﺎل اﻟذي ﺗﻠﻌﺑﻪ ﻋﻼﻗﺎت اﻟﻌﻣل ﺑﺎﻋﺗﺑﺎرﻫﺎ اﻟﻣﺻدر اﻷﺳﺎﺳﻲ ﻷي ﻣؤﺳﺳﺔ ﺳواء ﻛﺎﻧت إﻧﺗﺎﺟية ، ﺧدﻣﺎﺗية وﺧﺎﺻﺔ ﺻﻧﺎعية، ﻓﺎﻷداء ﻫو اﻟﻣﻌيار اﻟذي ﺗﻌﺗﻣدﻩ اﻟﻣؤﺳﺳﺎت ﻟﻣﻌرﻓﺔ ﻣدى اﻟزيادات ﻓﻲ اﻹﻧﺗﺎجية وﺗﺣقيق اﻟرﺑﺢ. ﻟﻘد اﺗﺧذﻧﺎ مصنع إنتاج الحليب ومشتقاته (ملبنة الجنوب) ولاية ورقلة ﻣﺟﺎﻻ ﻟﻠدارﺳﺔ اﻟﻣيدانية وﻛﺎن اﻟﻬدف ﻣﻧﻬﺎ ﻣﺣﺎوﻟﺔ اﻹﺟﺎﺑﺔ ﻋﻠﻰ اﻟﺗﺳﺎؤل اﻟرﺋيسي اﻟذي ﻣﻔﺎدﻩ كيف تؤثر علاقات العمل على إنتاجية المؤسسة الصناعية وجودتها؟ وﻗﻣﻧﺎ ﺑﺗجزئة اﻟﺗﺳﺎؤل اﻟرﺋيسي إﻟﻰ ﺗﺳﺎؤﻻت ﻓرعية ﻛﺎﻟﺗﺎﻟﻲ: 1 - هل الميزة التنافسية التي يكتسبها العمال تعمل على زيادة الإنتاج في المؤسسة؟ 2 - هل علاقات العمل السائدة في المؤسسة تعمل على تحسين أداء العامل ؟ ﻫذا ﻗد وظﻔﻧﺎ اﻟﻣﻧﻬﺞ اﻟوﺻﻔﻲ ﺑﺎﻋﺗﺑﺎر أن ﻫذﻩ اﻟدارﺳﺔ ﺗﺳﻌﻰ إﻟﻰ وﺻف وﺗﺷخيص طبيعة اﻟﻌﻼﻗﺎت اﻟﻣوﺟودة داﺧل اﻟﻣؤﺳﺳﺔ، وذﻟك ﻣن ﺧﻼل أدوات ﺟﻣﻊ اﻟﺑيانات اﻟﺗﻲ اﻋﺗﻣدﻧﺎ ﻋليها واﻟﻣﺗﻣﺛﻠﺔ ﻓﻲ اﻟﻣﻼﺣظﺔ، اﻻﺳﺗﻣﺎرة، اﻟﻣﻘﺎﺑﻠﺔ، أﻣﺎ فيما يخص العينة ﻓﺎﻋﺗﻣدﻧﺎ ﻋﻠﻰ عينة المسح الشامل وﻫذا يعود لعدد العمال القليل داﺧل اﻟﻣؤﺳﺳﺔ. وللإﺟﺎﺑﺔ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺗﺳﺎؤﻻت اﻟدارﺳﺔ ﻗﻣﻧﺎ بتقسيم اﻟﺑﺣث إﻟﻰ جانبين، اﻟﺟﺎﻧب اﻟﻧظري وﺗطرﻗﻧﺎ فيه إﻟﻰ ﻋرض ﻣوﺿوع اﻟدارﺳﺔ، وﻣﻌرﻓﺔ تأثير ﻋﻼﻗﺔ اﻟﻌﻣل على إنتاج اﻟﻣؤﺳﺳﺔ الصناعية، أﻣﺎ اﻟﺟﺎﻧب الميداني ﻓﺗطرﻗﻧﺎ فيه إﻟﻰ اﻹﺟراءات المنهجية ﻟﻠدارﺳﺔ، ﻋرض تحليل البيانات، واختيار ﻣﻧﺎﻗﺷﺔ اﻟﻧﺗﺎﺋﺞ وﺗوﺻﻠﻧﺎ ﻓﻲ اﻷﺧير إﻟﻰ اﻟﻧﺗﺎﺋﺞ التالية: - تزويد منطقة ورقلة وضواحيها بالحليب ومشتقاته - انطلاق صناعة مشتقات الحليب ، وهو ما يمثل %0 بالنسبة للإنتاج المحلي . - استئناف حرفية تربية الأبقار الحلوب في الجنوب بعد توقف دام طويلا. - وﺗوﺻﻠﻧﺎ ﻓﻲ اﻷخير إﻟﻰ أن اﻟﻣؤﺳﺳﺔ ﺗهتم ﺑﺎﻟﻌﻧﺻر اﻟﺑﺷري داﺧل اﻟﻣؤﺳﺳﺔ وﺗﺣسين أداﺋﻪ، ﻛﻣﺎ تعمل اﻟﻣؤﺳﺳﺔ ﺑﺎﻻﺗﺻﺎل واﻟﺗواﺻل ﻣﻊ ﻋﻣﺎﻟﻬﺎ واﻻﺟﺗﻣﺎع معهم وﻣﻧﺎﻗﺷﺔ ﻣﺷﺎﻛﻠﻬم. وﻣن ﺧﻼل ﻣﺎ ﺳﺑق تبين ﻟﻧﺎ أهمية ﻋﻼﻗﺎت اﻟﻌﻣل داﺧل اﻟﻣؤﺳﺳﺎت وذﻟك ﻣن ﺧﻼل اﻷساليب اﻟﺗﻲ ﺗﻧتهجها اﻟﻣؤﺳﺳﺔ ﻣن أﺟل ﻛﺳب رﺿﺎ اﻟﻌﺎﻣل وﺑﺎﻟﺗﺎﻟﻲ تحقيق أﻫداف اﻟﻣؤﺳﺳﺔ.

The topic of the present study is linked to an important aspect of the various types of enterprises, namely labour relations and their impact on the productivity of the industrial enterprise. This is in order to reveal the effective role played by labour relations as the primary source of any enterprise, whether productive, service and private industry. Performance is the standard adopted by enterprises to determine the extent of productivity increases and profit. The milk and milk derivatives factory (South Milky) has assumed a mandate and has given way to field study, the aim of which has been to try to answer the key question of how do working relationships affect an industrial enterprise's productivity and quality? We have divided the main question into sub-questions as follows: 1. Is the competitive advantage gained by workers increasing production in the enterprise? 2. Are the prevailing employment relationships in the enterprise improving the worker's performance? This is because this study helps to describe and diagnose the nature of relationships within the institution, through the data collection tools that we have relied on, namely the note, form, and the corresponding form. In the case of the sample, we have adopted a comprehensive survey sample. This is due to the small number of workers within the institution. To answer the questions of the study, we divided the research into two aspects, the theoretical aspect. We discussed the presentation of the topic of the study, the impact of the working relationship on the production of the industrial enterprise. The field aspect touches on the methodological procedures of the study, the presentation of the analysis of the data, the selection of the discussion of the results and finally the following results: - Provision of milk and milk derivatives to Wirqa and its environs - Milk derivatives industry kicks off, representing 0% for domestic production - Resume craft breeding dairy cows in the south after a long hiatus. - Finally, we found that the Foundation is concerned with the human element within the institution and improving its performance, and the Foundation also works in communication communicate with its orkers, meet with them and discuss their problems. Through the above, we have demonstrated the importance of working relationships within enterprises through the methods used by the enterprise to gain employee satisfaction and thus achieve the enterprise's objectives.
