Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى" معرفة دور التدريب المهني في تحسين الفعالية التنظيمية للعامل داخل المؤسسة " دراسة ميدانية بالمديرية العملية إتصالات الجزائر بورقلة ، حيث جاءت الإشكالية تتمحور حول التساؤل الرئيسي التالي: - ما دور التدريب المهني في تحسين الفعالية التنظيمية للعاملين في هذه المؤسسة؟ حيث تندرج تحت هذا التساؤل تساؤلات فرعية تم صياغتها كما يلي: 1- كيف تساهم مهارات العامل المكتسبة من خلال التدريب المهني في الرفع من كفاءة عمله داخل المؤسسة؟ 2- ما هي نوعية الإستراتيجية العملية التي تتبعها المؤسسة في التدريب لتحسين أداء عامليها؟ وعند القيام بإجراء المنهجية و الميدانية للدراسة تم الإعتماد على المنهج الميداني، فقد تم إختيار منهج البحث الميداني لمعرفة حيثيات و جوانب الظاهرة المدروسة فهو يقدم وصفا دقيقا و شاملا، كما يسمح هذا المنهج بدراسة ظواهر موجودة في الوقت الراهن كطرق العمل و التفكير، و تم إستخدام الإستبيان كأداة أساسية لجمع البيانات الذي تكون من 25 سؤالا وتم الاعتماد على أسلوب العينة لمجتمع الدراسة نظرا لكبر حجمه و الذي يضم 54 عامل. وبعد عرض و تفسير البيانات تم التوصل إلى النتائج التالية: تساهم المعارف والمهارات المكتسبة من التدريب على الرفع من كفاءة العمل داخل المؤسسة، تساهم البرامج التدريبية في الرفع من أداء العاملين و تحسين الفعالية التنظيمية داخل المؤسسة، تستطيع المؤسسة أن تواجه المواقف و الظروف المفاجأة، تواكب المؤسسة التطورات التكنولوجية الجديدة، تواكب المؤسسة متغيرات البيئة المتجددة و حاجيات المجتمع المتغير، تستطيع المؤسسة تحقيق أهدافها المسطرة في الظل التحولات الراهنة، الخدمة التي تقدمها هذه المؤسسة للتدريب المهني ذات مستوى مقبول يمكنها من منافسة المستثمر الأجنبي في المدى القريب .

This study aims to "know the role of vocational training in improving the organizational effectiveness of the worker within the institution," a field study in the Operational Directorate of Algeria Telecom in Ouargla, where the problem revolved around the following main question: What is the role of vocational training in improving the organizational effectiveness of employees in this institution? This question includes sub-questions that are formulated as follows: 1- How do the worker's skills acquired through vocational training contribute to raising the efficiency of his work within the organization? 2- What is the quality of the practical strategy that the organization follows in training to improve the performance of its employees? When conducting the methodology and field study for the study, the field approach was relied upon. The field research method was chosen to know the merits and aspects of the phenomenon being studied, as it provides an accurate and comprehensive description. The questionnaire as an essential tool for data collection, which consisted of 25 questions, and the sample method was relied on for the study population due to its large size, which includes 54 workers. After presenting and interpreting the data, the following results were reached: The knowledge and skills gained from training contribute to raising the efficiency of work within the organization. Training programs contribute to raising the performance of employees and improving organizational effectiveness within the organization. The organization can face surprising situations and circumstances, keep pace with The institution of new technological developments, the institution keeps pace with the variables of the renewable environment and the needs of the changing society, the institution can achieve its goals under the shadow of the current transformations, the service provided by this institution for vocational training is of an acceptable level that enables it to compete with the foreign investor in the near term.
