العمل عن بعد في ظل جائحة كورونا دراسة على عينة من أساتذة بكلية العلوم الإنسانية والاجتماعية بجامعة قاصدي مرباح ورقلة

Abstract

هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة أساليب والطرق التي اعتماد عليها الأساتذة في تطبيق العمل عن بعد وصعوبات التي واجهتهم في ذلك ،من وجهت نظر أساتذة كلية العلوم الإنسانية والاجتماعية في جامعة قاصدي مرباح ورقلة ، حيث فرضت جائحة كورونا تغيرات في نمط العمل ، الذي أدى بوزارة التعليم العالي والبحث العلمي اعتماد نظام العمل عن بعد وهذا مكن خلال إدراج منصات تعليمية في مواقع الجامعة، وجاءت هذه الدراسة تتمحور حول سؤال رئيسي : ما مدى نجاعة تطبيق العمل عن بعد في جامعة قاصدي مرباح ورقلة في ظل جائحة كورونا ؟ حيث تكونت عينة الدراسة من 55 أستاذ من كلية العلوم الإنسانية و الاجتماعية ، واستخدم المنهج الوصفي للائمته لهاته الدارسة وتم الاستعانة في جمع البيانات على أداة الاستمارة وشملت 29 ويضم أربع محاور ، وتوصلت النتائج إلى : _ العمل عن بعد فرض على الجامعة بشكل مفاجئ نتيجة جائحة كورونا لدى تم الاعتماد على المنصات التعليمية لما توفره من مرونة وسهول التعامل و باعتبارها وسيلة التواصل بين الأستاذ والطلبة وبين إدارة الجامعة وكذا زملاء الأساتذة . _ انعكس بنية التحتية البشرية بشكل ايجابي بحيث أن الأساتذة يمتلكون مؤهلات تساعدهم على موجهة خاصة الظروف الاستثنائية . _ هناك مجموعة من المعوقات واجهت الأساتذة منها ما يتعلق بالجانب التقني والمتمثل في تدفق الانترنت بدرجة أولى وعدم امتلاك الطلبة للوسائل و الأجهزة التواصل الحديثة ، و أخرى تنظيمية بشرية تتمثل في الأساس نقص دورت تكوينية للأساتذة .

Where the study sample consisted of 55 professors from the College of Humanities and Social Sciences, and the descriptive approach was used by the authors of this study. The data collection was used on the questionnaire tool, which included 29 and includes four axes, and the results reached: -Remote work was suddenly imposed on the university as a result of the Corona pandemic, when educational platforms were relied upon for the flexibility and ease of dealing they provide and as a means of communication between the professor and students and between the university administration as well as fellow professors. -The human infrastructure was positively reflected, as the professors possessed qualifications that would help them address special exceptional circumstances. -There are a number of obstacles that teachers faced, including those related to the technical aspect, which is r teachers.
