Abstract

الأساليب الادارية ودورها في النهوض بالرياضة المدرسية المدرسية؛حيث هدفت إلى محاولة معرفة غدا كانت الأساليب الإدارية المطبقة في بعض المؤسسات التربوية والرياضية تعمل على تنفيد خطط الرياضة المدرسية" ومحاولة معرفة إدا كانت المؤسسات التربوية والرياضية تعمل على تنفيد خطط الرياضة المدرسية" ومحاولة معرفة إدا كانت المؤسسات التربوية والرياضية تتوفر على الامكانيات البشرية والمادية بالإضافة إلى محاولة معرفة ماهية المعوقات الموجودة بالمؤسسات التربوية والرياضية واقتراح حلول لها للنهوض بالرياضة المدرسية: ونظرا لطبيعة الدراسة تم استدام المنهج الوصفي" وتمثلت عينة الدراسة في مدراء عدد من ثانويات بلدية ورقلة" وأعضاء مكتب الرابطة الولائية للرياضة المدرسية" بالإضافة إلى أساندة التربية البدنية والرياضية واقتراح حلول لها للنهوض بالرياضة المدرسية" ونظرا لطبيعة الدراسة تم استدام المنهج الوصفي " وتمثلت عينة الدراسة في مدراء عدد من ثانويات بلدية ورقلة" و أعضاء مكتب الرابطة الولائية للرياضة المدرسية" بالإضافة إلى أساتدة ا لتربية البدنية والرياضيةالتابعين لمديرية التربية حيث بلغ عددهم 52 أستاد" ولجمع البيانات والمعلومات الميدانية تم استدام أداة الاستبيان حيث بلغ عدد فقرات الاستبيانة بعد صياغتها بالشكل نهائي27 عبارة موزعة على ثلاثة محاور المحور الأول: تنفيد طط الرضية المدرسية" المحور الثاني: الامكانيات البشرية والمادية لتفعيل الرياضة المدرسية" المحور الثالث: معوقات النهوض بالرياضة المدرسية، وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى ان هناك فروق دات دلالة احصائية في دور الاساليب الادارية على تنفيد خطط الرياضة المدرسية بدرجة تأثير مرتفعة، فحين أن درجة تأثير ىتطبيق الأساليب الإدارية على تقليل من معوثات النهوض بالرياضةالمدرسية متوسطة، ومن اقتراحات الدراسة الاستفادة من التجارب الناجحة في مجال أساليب الإدارة الحديثة المطبقة في الرياضة المدرسية والتي وصائص البيئة الجزائرية.

The effect of applying administrative methods on reducing obstacles to the advancement of middle school sports. One of the study’s suggestions is to benefit from successful experiences in the field of modern management methods applied in school sports, which are commensurate with the characteristics of the Algerian environment.
