الممارسة الرياضية في وقت الفراغ و علاقتها بالتوافق المهني

Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفةالعلاقة بين ممارسة الرياضة في وقت الفراغ والتوافق المهني لدى أساتذة التربية البدنية والرياضية لطور الثانوي بمتليلي ولاية غرداية، حيث تكونت عينة دراستنا من (23) أساتذة التربية البدنية والرياضية لطور الثانوي بمتليلي ولاية غرداية، وقد كان اختيارنا للعينة قصديا وتم استعمال المنهج الوصفي في الدراسة واستعمال الحزم الإحصائية في عملية التفريغ من خلال برنامج الحزم الإحصائية " SPSS " نسخة 25 وقد تم الأخذ بالمقياس والاستبيان كأداة لجمع البيانات وقد تم حساب صدق وثبات المقياس للتأكد من صلاحية المقياس والاستبيان الذي سنستعمله في الدراسة والذي استخلصنا أنه موافق مع خصائص عينة دراستنا والمتغيرات دراستنا المراد قياسها، حيث أظهرت النتائج ما يلي :  مستوى الممارسة الرياضية في وقت الفراغ لدى أساتذة التربية البدنية والرياضية لطور الثانوي بمتليلي ولاية غرداية مرتفع .  مستوى التوافق المهني لدى أساتذة التربية البدنية والرياضية لطور الثانوي بمتليلي ولاية غرداية مرتفع.  هناك علاقة بين الممارسة الرياضية في وقت الفراغ و التوافق المهني لدى أساتذة التربية البدنية والرياضية لطور الثانوي بمتليلي ولاية غرداية.

This study aimed to know between exercising in free time and vocational consensus among professors of physical and sports education for the secondary school in Metlili, Ghardaia, where our study sample consisted of (23) professors of physical and sports education for the secondary school in Metlieli, Ghardaia, and our choice of the sample was intentionally and the curriculum was used Descriptive in the study and the use of statistical packages in the discharge process through the statistical package "SPSS" version 25. The scale and questionnaire have been taken as a tool to collect data. The variables are our study to be measured, as the results showed the following:  The level of sports practice in the free time of the professors of physical and sports education for the secondary stage of Metlieli, the state of Ghardaia.  The level of vocational compatibility among the professors of physical and sports education for the secondary stage in the state of Ghardaia, high.  There is a relationship between sports practice in free time and vocational compatibility of physical and sports education professors for high school in Metlieli, Ghardaia State.
