Abstract: The aim of this study was to investigate the impact of information technology on supporting the strategic direction of human resources management at the Algerian Telecom Corporation in its head quarters in the capital. To answer this problem, the researcher adopted the survey method. The researcher used the questionnaire as a tool to know this effect according to the sample opinions from the frames and frames of Samoun in the directorate of human resources in Algeria Telecom Corporation. The number of respondents was 31, and the questionnaire was dividedinto two axes: information technology on the one hand and human resources management on the other hand, The researcher from the the oretical study and after reviewing the previous studies in this area, using the statistical program SPSS version 22 and a set of statistical indicators adopted a set of results. The most prominent of these resultsis a statistically signifi cant relations hip to information technology in support of the strategic direction of human resource management. There is also a statistic all signifi cant effect between the two variables
