الإحتراق الوظيفي لدى القابلات بالمؤسسة الإستشفائية المتخصصة الأم والطفل بوخريص عمر بمدينة ورقلة - دراسةميدانية

Abstract

هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى محاولة التعرف على مستوى الاحتراق الوظيفي لدى قابلات المؤسسة الإستشفائية المتخصصة للأم والطفل بوخريص عمر بمدينة ورقلة ودراسة لفروق باختلاف المتغيرات التصنيفية التي تشمل ( السن ، الأقدمية ، الحالة الإجتماعية ) وتكونت عينة الدراسة من 45 قابلة من المؤسسةالإستشفائية المتخصصة للأم والطفل بوخريص عمر بمدينة ورقلة خلال الموسم الجامعي 2021/2022والتى تم إختيارهم بطريقة قصدية ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي ، وبتطبيق أداة قياس الإحتراق الوظيفي لماسلاك والذي تم تبنيه من طرف سماهرمسلم عباد أبو مسعود (2010) واشتملت الأداة على 21 فقرة تدرجت نحو الأبعاد الثلاثةللاحتراق الوظيفي ( الإجهاد الانفعالي ، عدم الإنسانية ، الإنجاز الشخصي ) ولمعرفة صحةالتساؤلات والتحقق من الفرضيات تم استخدام الأساليب الإحصائية المتمثلة في ( اختبار " ت "لعينة لعينة واحدة ) وبعد تطبيق أدوات الدراسة وتحليل النتائج احصائيا توصل الباحثين إلى النتائج التالية : - لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في الاحتراق الوظيفي لدى القابلات تعزى لمتغير السن . - توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في الاحتراق الوظيفي لدى القابلات تعزى لمتغير الأقدمية . - لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في الاحتراق الوظيفي لدى القابلات تعزى لمتغير الحالة الإجتماعية . وبعد الحصول على هذه النتائج تم تفسيرها في ضوء الإطار النظري والدراسات السابقة ذات الصلة .

The present study aims at identifying the level of the functiomal profession alism for the midwives of the molhen hood and child hood hosyital named Boukhreis Omar in Ouargla. So it studies the differen ces of the variahle classificatiams like (age,experience,social state) ,this study dealt with a samdle of 45midwives were chosem thoruronghly from the mentioned hospital during 2021/2022.And to reach the goal of this study,a descriptire approach was selected and applying the measuning tool of the functional professionalism for MASLAK which was adopted by SAMHAER MUSliM Abad Abou Messaoud (2010)this tool includes 21 paragraphs moredup touards the three dimensions for the functional professionalism (emotional ,exhaustion,in humanity,personal achieumeut). To Knom the truth of the requests and the Certainty of assumptiors, statis tical methods were wsed represented in (experiments for one sample).After applying the tools of the study and analyzing the results statistically,resean chers forund the follorunmg results . -the high leuel of the functional pro fessiomalism for the midwiues of the hospital. -there are ro statistical differen ces betneen the midwives in the functional professionalism concening the age varialle. -There are no statistical differeu ces between the midwives concerning the experience varialle . -there are no diffevences between the midwiues in the fin ctional professionalism concerning the varialle of the social state. -these results were explaimed in the light of the theositical frane and the related previous stndies .
