السياسة اللغوية في الجزائر وأثرها على تعليم اللغة العربية (السنة الثالثة من التعليم المتوسط أنموذجاً)

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن السياسة اللغوية في الجزائر وعلى أثرها في تعليم اللغة العربية لمرحلة التعليم المتوسط، وهذه الدراسة ركزت بالخصوص على محتوى الكتاب المدرسي للسنة الثالثة من التعليم المتوسط، واعتمدنا فيها على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي للوصول إلى نتائج ثابتة و موضوعية أثناء دراسة محتوى الكتاب شكلا ومضمونا، لمعرفة مدى ملائمة المحتوى اللغوي للكتاب لتلاميذ السنة الثالثة من التعليم المتوسط ومدى تحقيقه للكفاية اللغوية الموضوعة من قبل الوزارة في نهاية السنة.

Cette étude vise à révéler la politique linguistique en Algérie et son impact sur l'enseignement de la langue arabe pour la phase d'éducation intermédiaire, et cette étude s'est concentrée en particulier sur le contenu du manuel pour la troisième année de l'éducation intermédiaire, et nous nous sommes appuyés sur le descriptif Approche analytique pour atteindre les résultats fixes et objectifs pendant l'étude du contenu des formes et du contenu du livre, pour connaître la pertinence du contenu du livre du livre pour les étudiants de la troisième année de l'éducation intermédiaire et l'étendue de sa réussite de la linguistique Suffisance placée par le ministère à la fin de l'année.

This study aims to reveal the language policy in Algeria and its impact on teaching Arabic to the intermediate stage. This study focused in particular on the content of the textbook for the third year of intermediate education، and we relied in it on the descriptive analytical approach to reach fixed and objective results during the study of the content of the book in form and content، to find out the appropriateness of the linguistic content of the book for students of the third year of intermediate education and the extent to which it achieves the linguistic sufficiency established by the ministry at the end of the year.
