دور استخدام وسائل الاتصال الحديثة وأثرها على الأداء الاقتصادي على غرف الصناعة التقليدية دراسة ميدانية على موظفي غرفة الصناعة التقليدية والحرف لولاية ورقلة

Abstract

تتناول هذه المذكرة موضوع دور استخدام وسائل الاتصال الحديثة وأثرها على الأداء الاقتصادي على الغرف الصناعية وهي عبارة عن دراسة ميدانية أجريت بغرفة الصناعة التقليدية والحرف بورقلة. وتمت صياغة إشكالية الدراسة في التساؤل الرئيسي التالي: ماهو اثر استخدام وسائل الاتصال الحديثة على الأداء الاقتصادي لغرفة الصناعة التقليدية والحرف بورقلة؟ وقد انبثق عن هذا التساؤل تساؤلات فرعية مفادها: 1.ماهي وسائل الاتصال الحديثة التي تستخدمها الغرفة بالاتصال بالوصاية؟ 2.ماهي وسائل الاتصال الحديثة التي تعتمدها الغرفة مع الحرفيين؟ 3.هل استخدام وسائل الاتصال الحديثة أثر على الأداء الاقتصادي في الغرفة؟ وقد وظفنا في هذه الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لكي يفيدنا في تحليل النتائج الدراسة ووصفهاوصفا دقيقا، وقد قمنا باختبار العينة القصدية والمكونة من 22 موظف من مجتمع الدراسة. أما الأدوات المستخدمة فقد تمثلت في الاستمارة وقد تم تقسيمها إلى أربعة محاور وهي: المحور الأول: البيانات الشخصية المحور الثاني: وسائل الاتصال الحديثة المستخدمة في غرفة الصناعة التقليدية لولاية ورقلة للاتصال مع الوصاية المحور الثالث: وسائل الاتصال الحديثة التي تستخدمها غرفة الصناعة التقليدية لولاية ورقلة مع الحرفيين المحور الرابع: وسائل الاتصال الحديثة التي تستخدمها غرفة الصناعة التقليدية لولاية ورقلة مع الحرفيين وبعد جمع المعلومات الكافية من عينة الدراسة وتحليلها توصلنا إلى أهم النتائج ونلخصها فيمايلي: ان غرفة الصناعة التقليدية والحرف ورقلة تعتمد في اتصالها بالوصاية على شكلين الأول هو اتصال الإطارات العليا والذي تستخدم فيه وسائل اتصال حديثة و متعددة كالنقال الايمايل الفاكس مجموعة الواتساب و الاجتماعات بتقنية التحاضر بإستعمال الزووم بصفة خاصة , و الشكل الثاني هو الاتصال المتاح لبعض الموظفين عن طريق الفاكس و الحواسيب خاصة ماتعلق بالبطاقية الوطنية للحرفيين , كما وانه من خلال نتائج الدراسة توصلنا الى ان الغرفة في اتصالها مع الحرفيين تعتمد أساسا على الهاتف النقال والاتصال المباشر وهو عائد لطبيعة الشريحة المتعامل معها اذ يعتبر الهاتف النقال والاتصال المباشر من الوسائل الارخص من ناحية التكلفة و الأكثر شيوعا, كما واعطت نتائج الدراسة مدلولات تبين ان قلة استخدام وسائل الاتصال من طرف العمال اثر على تفهمهم لما يمكن ان تقدمه من مساهمة في رفع إنتاجية العمل او من ناحية زيادة كفاءة الموظف او تسويق الخدمات وهو الامر الذي عكسه اخر تساؤول جول الرغبة في اجراء دورات تكوينية في استخدامات وسائل الاتصال الحديثة والتي عبر عنها العمال بحرص شديد و رغبة في برمجتها في اقرب الاجال

This note deals with the topic of the role of using modern means of communication and its impact on economic performance on the industrial chambers. It is a field study conducted at the Chamber of Traditional Industry and Crafts in Ouargla. The study problem was formulated in the following main question: What are the areas of using modern means of communication and what is their impact on the economic performance of the Chamber of Handicrafts and Crafts in Ouargla? Sub-questions emerged from this question: 1. What are the modern means of communication that the Chamber uses in connection with the guardianship? 2. What are the modern means of communication that the chamber uses with craftsmen? 3. Does the use of modern means of communication affect the economic performance in the room? In this study, we have employed the descriptive analytical method in order to benefit us in analyzing the study results and describing them accurately. We have tested the intentional sample consisting of 22 employees from the study community. The second axis: the modern means of communication used in the Chamber of Traditional Industry of the Wilaya of Ouargla to communicate with the guardianship The third axis: the modern means of communication used by the Chamber of Traditional Industry of the wilaya of Ouargla with the craftsmen The fourth axis: the modern means of communication used by the Chamber of Traditional Industry of the wilaya of Ouargla with the craftsmen After collecting sufficient information from the study sample and analyzing it, we reached the most important results and summarize them as follows: The Chamber of Traditional Industry and Crafts of Ouargla relies in its communication with guardianship on two forms, the first is the communication of the upper frames, in which modern and multiple means of communication are used, such as mobile e-mail, fax, WhatsApp group and meetings with lecture technology using Zoom in particular, and the second form is the communication available to some employees via fax And computers, especially those related to the national card for craftsmen, and that through the results of the study, we concluded that the room in its communication with craftsmen depends mainly on the mobile phone and direct communication, which is due to the nature of the chip dealt with, as the mobile phone and direct communication are considered among the cheapest and most common means in terms of cost and the most common The results of the study also gave indications that the lack of use of means of communication by the workers affected their understanding of the contribution they can make to raising the productivity of work or in terms of increasing the employee’s efficiency or marketing services, which was reflected by another question, the desire to conduct training courses in The uses of modern means of communication, which the workers expressed very carefully and a desire to program them as soon as possible
