Effect of Effectiveness of Intellectual Capital on Performance in The National Enterprise of Electronic Industries: The Mediating Role of SECI Model أثر كفاءة رأس المال الفكري على أداء المؤسسة الوطنية للصناعة الإلكترونية: نموذج (seci) كوسيط

Abstract

تناولت هذه الدراسة كفاءة رأس المال الفكري وأثره على الأداء بوجود نموذج (SECI) لتكوين المعرفة، وهدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى تحديد أثر كفاءة رأس المال الفكري متمثلاً في أبعاده الثلاثة كفاءة رأس المال البشري، كفاءة رأس المال الهيكلي وكفاءة رأس المال العلاقاتي على الأداء بمكوناته الثلاثة الأداء المالي، الأداء الإنتاجي والأداء التسويقي بوجود نموذج (SECI) لتكوين المعرفة كمتغير وسيط بمكوناته الأربعة التنشئة، التجسيد، الترابط والتذويب، على مستوى المؤسسة الوطنية للصناعات الإلكترونية محل الدراسة، وقد تم اختبار الفرضيات بالاعتماد على برنامجي التحليل الإحصائي (SPSS) و(AMOS)، وقد أظهرت التحليلات عدة نتائج من أهمها أن نموذج قياس كفاءة رأس المال الفكري يتكون من عامل كفاءة رأس المال البشري، عامل كفاءة رأس المال الهيكلي وعامل كفاءة رأس المال العلاقاتي وكان الأخير الأكثر أهمية، نموذج القياس لنموذج (SECI) يتكون من أربعة عوامل متمثلة في التنشئة، التجسيد، الترابط والتذويب وكان العامل الثاني الأكثر أهمية، كما أن نموذج القياس للأداء يتكون هو الآخر من ثلاثة عوامل هي الأداء المالي، الأداء الإنتاجي والأداء التسويقي حيث يعتبر التسويقي الأكثر أهمية. أظهرت النتائج كذلك صحة جميع الفرضيات، حيث كان هناك أثر إيجابي لكفاءة رأس المال الفكري على نموذج (SECI) لتكوين المعرفة، وأثر إيجابي لكفاءة رأس المال الفكري على الأداء، وكان هناك أثر إيجابي لنموذج (SECI) على الأداء، مما أعطى لنموذج (SECI) لتكوين المعرفة دور المتغير الوسيط الجزئي بين كفاءة رأس المال الفكري والأداء بالمؤسسة الوطنية للصناعات الإلكترونية. This study focuses on effectiveness of intellectual capital and its impact in organizational performance through the SECI model of building knowledge. A survey questionnaire was used to collect data for this research. (SPSS) and the structural equation modelling (AMOS) was employed to examine the associations hypothesized. This study suggests findings according to National Enterprise of Electronic Industries which indicated that The measurement model of effectiveness of intellectual capital consists of effectiveness of human capital, structural capital and effectiveness of relational capital, the measurement model of SECI model includes socialisation, externalisation, combination and internalisation and the measurement model of performance contains three factors ; financial performance, productive performance and marketing performance. More importantly, the findings revealed that there is a significant positive impact of effectiveness of intellectual capital on organizational performance overall. Besides, effectiveness of intellectual capital is strongly positive impact on the SECI model of building knowledge, there is strongly positive impact of SECI model on organizational performance and that the SECI model mediates the association between the effectiveness of intellectual capital and organizational performance, this means that all hypotheses are true.
