Abstract

The study aims to highlight one of the basic features of business incubators represented in their entrepreneurial performance based on the kinetics of creating and exploiting business opportunities by project holders through the establishment of new organizations in order to create other new values. Within the business incubation, the stages of growth in the capabilities of project holders, improving their skills, and achieving them are monitored better هدف الدراسة إلى إبراز احدى السيمات الأساسية لحاضنات الأعمال متمثلا في أداءها المقاولاتي القائم على حركية إنشاء واستغلال فرص الأعمال من طرف حاملي المشاريع وذلك عبر إنشاء منظمات جديدة في سبيل خلق قيم أخرى جديدة. وضمن حضانة الأعمال تتم متابعة مراحل نمو قدرات حاملي المشاريع وتحسين مهاراتهم وتحقيقها بشكل أفضل
