أثر الإنفاق العام على سياسة التشغيل في الجزائر دراسة قياسية للفترة (1970-2020)

Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى قياس أثر الإنفاق العام على سياسة التشغيل في الجزائر للفترة الممتدة(1970-2020)، وذلك باستخدام نموذج الإنحذار الذاتي للفجوات الزمنية الموزعة المبطئةARDL لقياس أثر التغير في الإنفاق العام كمتغير مستقل على التغير في التشغيل كمتغير تابع والكشف عن وعلاقة توازنية طويلة الأجل بين الإنفاق العام وحجم التشغيل. وقد خلصت نتائج الدراسة القياسية إلى إستقرارية كلا المتغيرين عند المستوى الأول، و وجود تأثير معنوي للإنفاق العام على التشغيل بنسبة23% لكل1% عند درجة معنوية5%، ومعنوية معامل تصحيح الخطأ (0,1124-) وهذا مايؤكد وجود علاقة توازنية طويلة الأجل بين الإنفاق العام وسياسة التشغيل بنسبة 11.24%.

This study aimed to measure the effect of the public expendituve on the employment policy in Algeria between the years (1970-2020),And that depends on using the autoregressive distributed log model ( ARDL), which is often used to analyse dynamic relationships with time series data in a single equation formwork. And it is used to reveal the existence of a long _run relationship among the variables of interest which are the public expenditure and the amount of employment. To sum up, this study results have confirmed the stability of the two variable at the first level. And there was an incorporeal effect of the public expenditure on employment by 23% for each1% , with a incorporeal degree of 5% and error correction factor (-0.1124).this afferents the existence of a long-run equilibrium relationship between the public expenditure and the employment policy by 11.24%.
