أثر سياسة الانفاق العام على النمو الاقتصادي في الجزائر في الفترة 1990 -2020 دراسة قياسية باستخدام نماذج ARDL

Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة الى التعرف على أثر الانفاق العام على النمو الاقتصادي للفترة 1990_2020، عولجت بياناتها عن طريق استخدام نموذج الانحدار الذاتي لفجوات الزمنية المتباطئة ARDL، وقد كشفت النتائج التطبيقية الى ان الانفاق العام بصنفيه الاستهلاكي والاستثماري يساهم في دعم النمو الاقتصادي، وان الجزائر اتبعت سياسة توسعية للإنفاق العام بهدف رفع معدلات النمو الاقتصادي والذي كان سببها طفرة في زيادة أسعار البترول مع بداية سنة 2001.

This study aimed to identify the impact of public spending on economic growth for the period 1990_2020, its data was treated by using the ARDL model, and the applied results revealed that public spending, with its two categories of consumption and investment, contributes to supporting economic growth, and that algeria followed an expansionary policy . For public spending with the aim of raising economic growth rates, which was caused by caused by a surge in oil prices at the beginning of the yeas 2001.
