السياحة والحرف التقليدية وأسس التنمية المستدامة في الصحراء الجزائرية دراسة أنثروبولوجية لواقع السياحة والحرف التقليدية بمدينة ورقلة الجزائر

Abstract

تناولت هذه الدراسة الأنثروبولوجية تحليل وتفسير واقع السياحة والحرف التقليدية بمدينة ورقلة، بأبعادها الثقافية والاجتماعية والاقتصادية والبيئية، وبتاريخها وموروثها الحضاري، بعد أن كانت ورقلة قديما ملتقى ومنطقة عبور للمجتمعات الإنسانية بثقافاتها المتنوعة، حيث أبرزت المعالم السياحية التي تحتويها، وسمات النسق الحرفي عند الحرفيات والحرفيين، ودور التنشئة الاجتماعية والبناء الاجتماعي في تعلم الحرف. وقد توصلت دراستنا الأنثروبولوجية التي اعتمدت على المنهج الإثنوغرافي في تطرقها للممارسات والتمثلات والتفاعلات التي يفرزها الفعل الثقافي بين المجتمع المحلي والسياح، إلى أن التغير الاجتماعي الذي حصل في ورقلة منذ عقود من الزمن أثر على تنشيط السياحة في المنطقة، بسبب اتباع نسق اقتصادي قائم منذ اكتشاف البترول، إضافة إلى شكل النظام الاجتماعي المتوارث الذي ينظر إلى السياحة كعامل تأثير سلبي على البعد الثقافي والهوية الاجتماعية والتراثية للمنطقة، نتيجة للاحتكاك بين الثقافة المحلية والثقافات الأخرى. بينما يُنظر إلى الصناعات التقليدية على أنها حافظ للتراث المحلي وناقل للعناصر الثقافية لحرفة الأجداد، يسعى الحرفيون من خلال دلالاتها ورموزها وألوانها للتعبير عن أصالة المجتمع الصحراوي الورقلي وبيئته وثقافته. من بين المشاريع التنموية المستدامة مشروع المسلك السياحي الجديد، الذي راعى الخصوصيات الثقافية والاجتماعية للمجتمع المحلي، وبيئة المنطقة، وهذا ما وضحته دراستنا انطلاقا من الأسلوب الكيفي المتبع، استعنا فيه بأدوات وتقنيات البحث الميداني الأنثروبولوجي، حيث يمكن أن يؤهلها لتكون قطب سياحي بامتياز في الجزائر، ويساهم في تنمية سياحية مستدامة للإنسان الورقلي في الصحراء الجزائرية.

Our anthropological study, which relied on the ethnographic approach in its discussion of the practices, representations and interactions produced by the cultural action between the local community and tourists, concluded, That the social change that took place in Ouargla decades ago affected the revitalization of tourism in the region, Because of following an economic pattern that has existed since the discovery of oil, In addition to the form of the inherited social system, which views tourism as a negative impact factor on the cultural dimension and the social and heritage identity of the region, As a result of friction between the local culture and other cultures. While traditional industries are seen as preserving the local heritage and transmitting the cultural elements of the ancestral craft, The craftsmen seek, through their connotations, symbols, and colors, to express the originality of the desert and Orcali community, its environment, and its culture. Among the sustainable development projects is the new tourist route project, which takes into account the cultural and social characteristics of the local community and the region's environment, This is what our study showed based on the qualitative method used, We used the tools and techniques of anthropological field research, Where it can qualify it to be a tourist pole par excellence in Algeria, It contributes to the sustainable development of tourism for the Ouargla man in the Algerian desert.
