أثر المسؤولية الإجتماعية على الأداء الوظيفي دراسة ميدانية في مؤسسة الكهرباء والطاقات المتجددة"تقرت

Abstract

تهدف الدراسة إلى التعرف على أثر المسؤولية الإجتماعية على الأداء الوظيفي بمؤسسة الكهرباء والطاقات المتجددة –تقرت-ولتحقيق أهداف الداراسة تم الإعتماد على الإستبيان كأداة رئيسية لجمع البيانات، إذ تمكنا من جمع 77إستبيان صالح للتحليل الإحصائي، حيث قمنا بتحليل هذه البيانات عن طريق إستخدام برنامج التحليل الإحصائي(SPSS) نسخة 26 بلإضافة إلى مجموعة من الأساليب الإحصائية. خلصت الدراسة إلى نتيجة مفادها أن المسؤولية الإجتماعية سائدة بدرجة مرتفعة ولها أثر إيجابي على الأداء الوظيفي، كذلك عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في تصور أفراد العينة حول المسؤولية الإجتماعية والأداء الوظيفي، تعزى إلى المتغيرات الشخصية والوظيفية.

The study aims to identify the impact of social responsibility on job performance in the Electricity and Renewable Energy Corporation –Touggourt- To achieve the objectives of the study,the questionnaire was relied on as a main tool for data collection.We were able to collect 77 valid questionnaires for statistical analysis, where we analyzed this data by using a program Statistical analysis ( spss) vesion 26 ln addition to a set of statistical methods, the study concluded that social responsibility prevails to a high degree and has a positive impact on job performance,as well as the absence of sbsence of statistically significant differences in the perception of the study sample sample members about the impact of social responsibility on job performance.
