تشخيص دور الرقمنة في تحسين الأداء الوظيفي بالبنوك العمومية دراسة حالة البنك الخارجي الجزائري (بنك BEA ورقلة)

Abstract

تمت هذه الدراسة بالبنك الخارجي الجزائري بوكالة ورقلة بالجزائر، والتي تهدف إلى معرفة واقع تطبيق الرقمنة في البنوك العمومية وكذا الوقوف على مساهمة الرقمنة في تحسين الأداء الوظيفي للبنك الخارجي الجزائري وكالة ورقلة حيث يصب موضوع هذه الدراسة على معرفة واقع تطبيق الرقمنة في البنك الخارجي الجزائري من حيث الأنظمة الرقمية المستخدمة والأجهزة، بالإضافة الى التطبيقات والبطاقات المعتمدة من طرف البنك، والتي تساهم بشكل مباشر وغير مباشر في عملية الرقمنة. توصلتالدراسة إلى أنهيوجدتوجهلمؤسسة بنك الجزائر الخارجي وكالة ورقلة نحورقمنةأنشطتها،وأيضاوجودمساهمةللرقمنة بنسبة قليلةفيتحسينجودةالأداء الوظيفيللبنك الخارجي الجزائري،كما تبين وجودعلاقة تأثير بينهما

The study aims to give an idea about the reality of the application that digitization applies in public banks, as well as to identify of the contribution of digitization to the improvement of the employment digitization associated with work performance, as well as some digitization performance of the BEA (Algerian agency of foreign banks) in Ouargla. The theoretical part of this study develops the concepts of the emergence and evolution of experience in banks. The practical part developed the reality of the application of digitization in BEA (Algerian Foreign Bank) as well as the diagnosis of the digital systems and devices used. The study concluded the existence of a tendency to digitize its activates. Within the Algerian foreign bank BEA of Ouargla, as well as a slight contribution to digitization in improving the quality of the work performance of BEA Ouargla, as it was found that there is a relationship of influence between them
