واقع تطبيق نظم المعلومات الحديثة وأثرها في ترشيد القرارات الإدارية دراسة ميدانية لمؤسسة اتصالات الجزائرفرع- ورقلة

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تبيان اثر نظم المعلومات في ترشيد القرارات الإدارية في المديريةالفرعية لاتصالات الجزائر بورقلة، حيث تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي في الجانب النظري من الدراسة ومنهج التحليلي الاستدلالي في الجانب التطبيقي، ولتحقيق أهداف هذا البحث تم استخدام الاستبانة كأداة رئيسية على عينة الدراسة، وبعد تحليل الدراسة واختبار صحة الفرضيات توصلنا إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمهاأن نظم المعلومات بكل جوانبها تؤثر على ترشيد القرارات الإدارية على مستوى المؤسسة محل الدراسة كما توصلت الدراسة أن المؤسسة تهتم بالعنصر البشري، الذي يعد المحرك الرئيسي للنظام وهذا من خلال منحه التحفيزات المناسبة لعمله وتشجعيه على إتمام العمل بأفضل شكل، وتطوير وتحديث الشبكات وأجهزة الاتصال لأنها تعد وسيلة مهمة في جمع ونقل وتوفير المعلومات اللازمة، وهذا ما يساعد متخذي القرار على اتخاذ قرارات رشيدة وذات فعالية، تساعد بدورها على تخطي المشكلات والمصاعب التي تواجه المؤسسة وتقديم حلول بديلة لها وتحقيق أهدافها المنشودة.

This study aimed to show the impact of information systems in rationalizing administrative decisions in the Sub-Directorate of Algeria Telecom in Ouargla, where the descriptive approach was relied on in the theoretical aspect of the study and a approach indeductive analytical approach the practical aspect, and to achieve the objectives of this research the questionnaire was used as a main tool on The study sample, and after analyzing the study and testing the validity of the hypotheses, we reached a set of results, the most important of which is that information systems in all its aspects affect the rationalization of administrative decisions at the level of the institution under study , by giving him the appropriate incentives for his work and encouraging him to complete the work in the best way, and developing and updating networks and communication devices because it is an important means in collecting, transmitting and providing the necessary information,and this is what helps decision makers to make rational and effective decisions, which in turn helps to overcome problems and The difficulties facing the institution and providing alternative solutions to them and achieving its desired goals.
