دور نظام معلومات الموارد البشرية في تحسين أداء المورد البشري دراسة ميدانية بشركة الطاسيلي بحاسي مسعود ورقلة

Abstract

تتوفر المنظمات على نظم معلومات تعمل من خلالها على تطوير اداءها بهدف ضمان تحقيق أهدافها الاستراتيجية. تهدف هذه الدراسة الى معرفة دور نظام معلومات الموارد البشرية في تحسين أداء المورد البشري بشركة الطاسيلي بحاسي مسعود، تم التعرف على المفاهيم الأساسية حول نظم المعلومات بصفة عامة، وبتفاصيل أكثر حول نظام معلومات الموارد البشرية، أداء المورد البشريوالأدوات المستخدمة في قياس وتقييم الأداء، اعتمد الباحثان على المنهج الوصفي، مستخدمين استمارة استبيان، اعدت كأداة لجمع بيانات الدراسة.

كانت النتائج التي تم التوصل اليها، ان لدى شركة طاسيلي بحاسي مسعود محل الدراسة، نظام معلومات للموارد البشرية ERP، وقد أظهرت نتائج اختبار الفرضيات ان لهذا النظام دور فعال تحسين أداء المورد البشري.

Organizations have information systems through which they work to develop their performance in order to ensure the achievement of their strategic objectives. This study aims to know the role of the human resources information system in improving the performance of human reource of the Tassili company in HassiMessaoud. The researchers relied on the descriptive approach, using a questionnaire, which was prepared as a tool for collecting study data.

The results that were reached were that the Tassili company in HassiMessaoud under study has an information system for human resources ERP, and the results of hypotheses testing showed that this system has an effective role in improving the performance of human resource.
