Abstract

جاءت هذه الدراسة لتوضيح دور التدريب الإلكتروني التشاركي كأسلوب لتنمية الرأس المال البشري، وتمت الدراسة بمؤسسة عمومية اقتصادية " المؤسسة الوطنية للملاحة الجوية مطار ورقلة " باستخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، ولجمع البيانات تم استخدام أداة الاستبيان، وتكون مجتمع الدراسة من مجموعة العاملين بالمؤسسة الوطنية للملاحة الجوية مطار ورقلة حيث توصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج التالية:  يساهم التدريب الالكتروني التشاركي في تنمية معارف الموارد البشرية بالمؤسسة الوطنية للملاحة الجوية مطار ورقلة؛  يساهم التدريب الالكتروني التشاركي في تنمية مهارات الموارد البشرية بالمؤسسة الوطنية للملاحة الجوية مطار ورقلة؛  يساهم التدريب الالكتروني التشاركي في تثمين خبرة الموارد البشرية بالمؤسسة الوطنية للملاحة الجوية مطار ورقلة

This study came to clarify the role of participatory electronic training as a method for developing human capital, and the study was carried out in a public economic institution, "The National Aeronautics Corporation, Ouargla Airport" using the descriptive analytical approach, and to collect data, a questionnaire was used, and the study community consisted of a group of employees of the National Air Navigation Corporation. Ouargla Airport, where the study reached the following results:  Participatory electronic training contributes to the development of human resources knowledge at the National Air Navigation Corporation, Ouargla Airport;  Participatory electronic training contributes to the development of human resources skills at the National Air Navigation Corporation, Ouargla Airport;  Participatory electronic training contributes to valuing the human resources experience at the National Air Navigation Corporation, Ouargla Airport
