أهمية الاتصال الداخلي في مواجهة الضغوط المهنية في ظل جائحة كورونا دراسة حالة مستشفى محمد بوضياف ورقلة

Abstract

هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة مدى مساهمة الاتصال الداخلي في مواجهة الضغوط المهنية في ظل جائحة كورونا وقد تمت الدراسة في دراسة حالة مستشفى محمد بوضياف ورقلة، حيث اعتمدنا على المنهج التحليلي الوصفي وتم استخدام الاستبيانةأداة لجمع البيانات والمعلومات، وطبقت الدراسة على عينة عشوائية مكونة من 40 موظف وتم تحليل البيانات باستخدام برنامج SPSS: V25 ، وقد توصلت الدراسة لعدد من النتائج تساهم أبعاد الاتصال الداخلي في مواجهة الضغوطات المهنية في ظل جائحة كورونا من خلال كل من بعد مشاركة الاتصال وبعد عملية الاتصال في حين بعد نظام الاتصال لم يساهم في مواجهة الضغوطات المهنية في ظل جائحة كورنا

The study aimed to find out the contribution of Internal communication facing to the professional pressures during COVID-19 pandemic period . the study was performed in the mohamed boudiaf hospital ouargla , where we relied on the descriptive analytical method , the questionnaire was used as a tool for collecting data and information , this study was applied on random sample of 40 employees ,and the data analyzed by using the SPSS V25 program . The study reached a number of results about how much the dimensions of internal communication contribute to facing professional pressures during the Corona pandemic, through the demension of communication sharing and communication process ,while the system of communication didnot contribute facing of profesional pressure during COVID-19 pandemic period.
