دورإدارة الصحة و السلامة المهنية في إدارة ازمة كورونا دراسة ميدانية لعينة من الموظفين بشركة هاسب حاسي مسعود

Abstract

نهدف من خلال هذه الدراسة الى معرفة دور إدارة الصحة و السلامة المهنية في إدارة ازمة كورونا كوفيد 19في شركة هاسب بحاسي مسعود ,حيث قمنا بتوزيع30 استبيان30 على الموظفين ، كما اعتمدنا على المقابلة والملاحظة،تمت معالجة البيانات باستخدام برنامج19 SPSS ،حيث تم التوصل الى النتائج التالية : ان لشركة تعتمد على إدارة الصحة و السلامة المهنية لإدارة ازمة كورونا .ان إدارة ازمة كورونا تطبق كل مراحل إدارة الجائحة كما ان الشركة تمنح عديد الصلاحيات لإدارة الازمات .

Through this study, we aim to know the role of the Department of Occupational Health and Safety in managing the COVID-19 crisis in the Hesp Company in HassiMessaoud, where we distributed 30 questionnaires to employees, and we also relied on the interview and observation, The data was processed using SPSS 19 program, where the following results were obtained: A company that relies on the Department of Occupational Health and Safety to manage the Corona crisis. The management of the Corona crisis applies all stages of pandemic management, and the company grants many powers to manage crises.
